Ali Lohan, sister to troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan, is looking VERY different these days. In fact, Ali Lohan’s dramatic weight loss and strangely warped face have left some wondering if she may have undergone plastic surgery or is suffering from an eating disorder.

Ali Lohan recently landed a top modeling contract with NEXT Model Management, which represents such big names as Miranda Kerr, Jamie King and Milla Jovovich. “In fashion, Ali will set herself apart as a bona fide icon,” NEXT director Alexis Borges told E! News. “One that fashion fans will follow not because of her famous last name, but because of the beautiful images and fashion trends she is helping create.”

We have to wonder if trying to live up to that kind of hype might be too much for Lindsay Lohan’s 17-year-old sister. Recent photos of Ali Lohan show her looking extremely skeletal and her face is so thin and drawn that it has caused some to wonder if she has gone under the knife.

If you put Ali Lohan before and after photos side by side, you almost cannot even recognize the two pics as belonging to the same person! In her latest photos, Lohan almost looks like someone suffering from a serious illness. Her skin is so tight and plastic looking it is scary, her cheek bones are sticking out like mountains, her hair looks brittle and thinning and her arms so skinny they look like you could snap them with a stiff breeze.

Lindsay Lohan has denied her sister has had plastic surgery and a rep for NEXT Model Management also denies Ali Lohan has had work done. “Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery,” the rep told E! News. “As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent.”

Well, if Ali Lohan has not had plastic surgery or been replaced by a not very look-a-like doppelganger, then maybe someone ought to find out if she is eating enough or working out too much. After all, addictive behaviors do run in families…
