On American Idol 2012 Tuesday night, Phillip Phillips and Jessica Sanchez will sing their hearts out to convince the voters they should be the one to walk away with the title. Right now the American Idol 2012 predictions for who will win this year are all over the place. While Phillip Phillips seems to have a slight advantage in the fan polls and predictions, the voters have proven those predictions wrong before this season and in previous years.

She thought the song was just okay, but she brought it to life. Jennifer says she would not have done this song as her first single as an Idol. Steven thinks it was not a great song for her but she knows how good she can sing.

Judges: Phillip receives a standing ovation from the judges! Randy says he totally loves the song and he loves Phillip and the whole performance. The audience is clapping so hard it is hard for him to speak. Jennifer says Phillip doesn’t sound like anyone else and no one is out there that sounds like him. (Except Dave Matthews maybe J-Lo?) Steven says Phillip has made the world his home; he was perfect and he’s the man.

Im sure millions of viewers like myself are wondering WHY last week durinng the voting, the phone numbers for Joshua Leditt were so busy that neither I or my family members couldnt get through, but he was Voted Off?? I think somethings shady going on with AI, sorry to say this will be our last season watching…Im sure others feel the same…very disappointed!!!!

Actually Phillips were just as busy, I was barely able to vote for him cuz all 3 of his numbers were busy.
My cell phone (T-Mobile) was busy all 2 hours trying to vote for Jessica also. But I used my land line and I got through and voted online also.

those who think the likes of Whitney Houston or Mariah Carey should never be replaced, you need to think again. The old divas are getting old and new ones shld and would replace them. There’s always room for all types of good, natural and exceptional talents. They’re both talented but it’s quite obvious PP’s appeal is his looks not his singing prowess. Talking abt uniqueness as some of his die hard fans insist, he is not unique bec Dave Matthews was before him. PP and JS both have a different appeal. the question is would there ever be an AI from a different ethnicity (nothing to do w/ racism or discrimination blah blah) just asking, you’ve had black and white AI’s, never an Asian or a Hispanic or a Hispanic/Asian or other ethnicity, again just asking. It would probably have been a more exciting finale if it was JL vs. JS. We know both of them can sing more than 4 songs in a concert w/o looking like they’re cringing in constipation (sorry, but it is what it is, that’s how it looks). Well…worth the money.

Jessica is a testament of how vast her vocal range can be. She’s no copycat, just a demonstration of how she can rise to the ranks of the great artists (Mariah, Whitney, Celine). To have her sing all of those difficult songs is just showing how talented she is. Phil is special. He’s got his own sound (albeit Dave Matthews comes to mind more often) but not entirely unique. He’s got talent so does David Cook, Taylor Hicks and Kris Allen (all with humdrum careers)! I guess th judges’ standing ovation was a ploy to confuse the voters. That was such a feeble gesture for such a lame song. C’mon world, we need a Jessica this time, not another WGWG! All the best Jes, God bless!

Jessica has a beautiful voice, and Phillip has a unique voice and style…….it’s all up to whatever America wants to listen to. It’s going to be a tight race! Phillip & Jessica were my favs from the beginning, then add Elise and Colton.
