On America’s Got Talent 2012 this week, twelve more acts will perform live for the first time, but only four of them will make it through to the next round. Judges Howard Stern, Howie Mandel, Sharon Osbourne and Nick Cannon will be reviewing all the America’s Got Talent 2012 live performances, but it will be your votes deciding which acts will move on, and which ones will be sent home.

This post contains America’s Got Talent 2012 spoilers for the week 2 live performances. Please stop reading here if you do not want to know what happens!

Last week in our America’s Got Talent 2012 recaps, the first twelve acts of the Top 48 performed live for the judges and the voters. There were some definite surprises in the first America’s Got Talent 2012 results from the voters, but all four acts chosen to move on where strong performers: The Scott Brothers, David Garibaldi & His CMYK’s, Edon, and Shanice and Maurice Hayes.

On Tuesday night, twelve more America’s Got Talent 2012 acts will have to face a live viewing audience for the first time. Will they be able to handle the pressure? Or will previously great performers crumble under the pressure like some did last week?

Tonight the next twelve America’s Got Talent 2012 acts will perform for you, in hopes you will love them enought to sit down and vote your fingers off for them to make it through to the next round. On Tuesday’s America’s Got Talent 2012 results show, the twelve acts will find out their fate in  between special performances by Gavin DeGraw and the urban circus Traces.

Let’s get right to it then and see how your favorite acts did in our America’s Got Talent 2012 recap for week 2 of the live performances!

The first act up for the night is LionDanceMe doing an Asian martial arts based dance routine dressed as lions. It is visually interesting to watch,  but I’m so-so on this one. Howard thinks it is kind of the same thing every week. Sharon thinks they need to jazz it up. Howie was bored.

Next up is TURF, a dancing contortionist, and he is fascinating to watch and truly astounding in kind of a disturbing sort of way. I don’t know if you can build a whole Vegas act around this, but he certainly deserves some serious props (and perhaps medical study…) Sharon loves him, but wants to see him dance more. Howie is in awe. Howard is also a fan, but tells him to make sure to keep an eye on the prize.

The third act of the evening is The All Ways band, who explain their name doesn’t really mean anything, which might reveal why it is a stupid name (imho). Sharon is really excited by their sound and thinks they can make it all the way, but didn’t like their song choice. Howie likes them too, but thought the song was too pop and they are better doing rock. Howard hopes they will not turn into a bar band. I think they just sounded pretty terrible personally.

Next on stage are illusionists Hawley Magic. They are struggling and still living with their parents. In my opinion, they are still struggling a bit with their act too. Howard thought they did a good job, but he isn’t really showing that he is that impressed. Sharon thinks the act is too old and tired and they are not cool enough. Howie totally loves them but does think they need to freshen up their look.

The Lisa Clark Dancers are on state now. Howard was really hoping they were going to be something special tonight, but the other judges apparently thought they didn’t do the job. Howie calls it a high school recital and not worth a $1M prize. Sharon was not pleased and said it wasn’t good enough for her. Howard thinks the other judges are being a little rough, but he agrees they just can’t cut it against the rest of the competitors.

Vote: 1-866-602-4805

Sharon didn’t think the Aurora Light Painters were ready for America’s Got Talent when they auditioned, but she was outvoted. After their live performance, she still thinks they are not sophisticated enough with their act. Howie thinks they’ve seen all there is to the act and while they are different, there just isn’t enough for a million dollar act. Howard gives them an X and says it is a special effect with no story. He doesn’t think they will get through.

Vote: 1-866-602-4806

Danielle Stallings may be only 14, but she certainly has a hell of a voice. While she’s not perfect, I have to say I think she’s one of the best performances of the evening so far. The judges are all on board with Danielle and love her.

Vote: 1-866-602-4807

I absolutely love Donovan & Rebecca because I honestly just feel my jaw drop open when they do some of their stunts. They would have to jazz it up to make a Vegas act, but I think they are the kind of performers you could build something really awesome around. The judges, thankfully, agree that they are just amazing and great entertainers.

Vote: 1-866-602-4808

The oldest contestant in the group, Big Barry is really loving being able to perform in front of such a huge audience. Howard is just not happy that Barry is still in the competition. He thinks a lot of other great people deserved his spot and it is offensive to have a guy with so little talent on the stage. Howie says Barry is just not a good singer, but he thinks he is a great person and a memorable novelty act. Sharon thinks it is crap.

Vote: 1-866-602-4809

Comedian Tom Cotter is on tap next and once again I’m amused despite myself. Normally I’m just not a fan of the comedic acts, but this guy is funny. All three of the judges agree and they are hoping America will put him through to the next round.

Vote: 1-866-602-4810

Daredevil archer Ben Blaque and his target assistant freak me out. I don’t think his act is really cool enough to deserve the $1M prize, but every time he shoots I keep looking for the blood to start pouring and it makes me nervous… All the judges love the danger and think the act is great. I agree with Sharon that it puts you on the edge of your seat, but I still don’t think it is a winning act.

Vote: 1-866-602-4811

Tim Hockenberry has the sob story and the voice to make it worth telling. A former addict, he went through rehab, found the woman of his dreams and got back on track. Howie thinks Tim could win the whole thing with his haunting and emotional voice. Sharon thinks he is amazing and America has to vote hi mthrough. Howard says Tim is his favorite singer in the competition, but actually didn’t like this performance as much as his other two. He hopes he will make it through.
