WARNING: AMERICA’S GOT TALENT 2012 SPOILERS AHEAD

This post contains America’s Got Talent 2012 spoilers for the results show on Wednesday night. Please stop reading here if you do not want to know what happened or who was sent home!

Last night on America’s Got Talent 2012 there were quite a few quite spectacular acts, but not all of the first 12 of the Top 48 managed to impress the judges or the audience. They could only hope that the viewing would be on their side when it came time to pick up the phones and vote.

The first three acts, Michael Nejad, Nikki Jensen, and Maurice & Shanice Hayes, are called up to the stage to find out their fate in the America’s Got Talent 2012 results for the first 12 of the Top 48.

The votes are in and it will be Maurice & Shanice Hayes going through. Michael Nejad and Nikki Jensen will be going home.

Before the next batch of America’s Got Talent 2012 results for the first 12 of the Top 48, the cast of Cirque du Soleil‘s Zarkana takes the stage to perform. Now these are truly spectacular performers! I admit I am an absolutely huge fan of Cirque du Soleil and I cannot wait to see this newest production, so it was a real treat to see this short piece from the show.

Next to find out who will have their dreams dashed this evening are The Scott Brothers, Lil Starr and the 787 Crew. This is a tough one because both The Scott Brothers and the 787 Crew are really good acts. Lil Starr is cute enough, but she’s just not at the same level as the other two acts.

The voters have spoken and it will be The Scott Brothers who will move on to the next round.

Ouch, that one was painful. Now we have David Girabaldi & His CMYKs, American BMX Stunt Team and Jerret & Raja as the next acts to find out whether or not their dreams will be dashed this evening. This one seems easy enough to call, considering that the BMX Stunt Team really aren’t that spectacular and the magicians were just all kinds of bad last night.

The votes have been counted and it looks like the viewers agree. The next act through to the Top 24 are the painters, David Girabaldi & His CMYKs.

Before the rest of the America’s Got Talent 2012 acts of the first 12 of the Top 24 find out who will be going through, we have another performer to stretch out the show and keep us waiting. This time it is Will.i.am with Eva Simons performing “This Is Love” and saying a lot of word things with his mouth that just make me tune him out.

Another tough choice is up on the stage now with D-Bro Brass (The Distinguished Men of Brass), Edon and dog ventriloquist Todd Oliver. I think it is a given that the dog guy will be going home this evening, but I’m honestly torn between Edon and D-Bro Brass. Edon is great, but the D-Bro Brass guys are just so classy and awesome and they will probably never get another chance like this again.

Well, it looks like America prefers the cute factor once again and Edon is through to the next round. Man, the tears from D-Bro Brass are going to make me just cry all over my keyboard. That’s all for the America’s Got Talent 2012 results show for Wednesday night. We’ll be back next week for the next set of acts from the Top 48 as they perform live in hopes of making it through to the Top 24.

  1. Why don’t you show us whether Edon made it? Also, the producer of this show should be replaced immediately.

    Here’s why:

    1) Too much audience noise is getting through when people are talking.
    2) You couldn’t hear Nikki sing, both the music and the audience were too loud. She got cheated.
    3) You couldn’t see the cyclists the lighting was terrible. They also got cheated.
    4) The wait to hear the winners is too long. Is their contest to see which show will make us wait the longest.

This is the worst year ever. The only bright spot are a few of the contestants and Howard.

  2. BEFORE ALL THE HATERS FOR EDON START COMMENTING I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY

DONT HATE EDON BECAUSE HE IS JEWISH. STOP BEING ANTI-SEMITIC, STOP COMING UP WITH OTHER BS REASONS FOR WHY HES NOT GOOD.HE IS FAR MORE TALENTED THAN DOGS THAT CAN OPEN THEIR MOUTHS. SO ACCEPT THAT AND STOP HATING ON A 14 YEAR OLD BOY BEACUSE HE IS JEWISH.

  3. This show is rigged it has been from the very start..they purposely show certain acts certain ways to make the viewer vote the way they want….Howard Stern told everyone the 4 acts going through the night before it’s no coincidence that every winner on this show has been a singer everything is rehersed so the judges know what the acts are going to do beforehand and will have a thought about the act before they even perform. SO if they don’t like it they arrage the order for the acts to go

  4. I smell a rat. Why were all the contestants put through based on the audience votes, except for Edon.  He was put through by the judges.  This is what the weirdos will say:
Edon did not get the required votes to advance, but the producers wanted him to so they changed the rules to have the judges make the decision. This is because he is Jewish and Hollywood is controlled by Jewish people.  I can just hear Mel Gibson, that nut, now.
I am sure this is not the case, but why would the AGT producers do this.  It looked so awkward on TV.

  5. I will not watch another show after this obvious rigging that went on for Edon.  They could have favored him with their comments and still not changed the rules during the game, but I guess they tried that and he still lost on votes.

  6. It is NOT a question as to wether the show is “real” or not.  This show  is pure entertainment.  Sit back in your big ol’ red neck recliner and enjoy yourself for a change.  Don’t be haten….
