Mimi Alford, who is now a 69-year-old grandmother, claims in the book that the JFK affair began when she was a 19-year-old White House intern. In Once Upon a Secret, Alford says that she met was invited by the president’s “first friend” Dave Powers to an after-work party at the White House. After consuming several drinks, Alford was invited on a personal tour by President John. F. Kennedy. The tour ended up in First Lady Jackie Kennedy’s bedroom.

“I noticed he was moving closer and closer,” Alford writes in her memoir. “I could feel his breath on my neck. He put his hand on my shoulder.” Alford’s description of her first alleged sexual encounter with JFK is fairly steamy.

“Slowly, he unbuttoned the top of my shirtdress and touched my breasts.

“Then he reached up between my legs and started to pull off my underwear.   “I finished unbuttoning my shirtdress and let it fall off my shoulders.”

Alford said she lost her virginity to John F. Kennedy that day in his wife Jackie Kennedy’s bedroom. “After he finished, he hitched up his pants and smiled at me,” while pointing her to the bathroom. “I was in shock,” she writes. “He, on the other hand was matter-of-fact, and acted as if what had happened was the most natural thing in the world.” Kennedy allegedly asked her if she was hungry and called a car to pick her up and take her home.

According to Mimi Alford, the JFK affair lasted for 18 months, although they never revisited his wife’s bedroom. She always called him “Mr. President” and says they never kissed when they made love. Alford said she never felt guilty about the affair. Alford also claims that President Kennedy once asked her in a dare to give oral sex to his friend Dave Powers and she complied, while JFK watched. Alford claims Kennedy later apologized to both of them over the incident.

Alford says she last saw Kennedy shortly before she was about to be married to her college sweetheart, Tony Fahnestock. Alford and JFK allegedly met briefly in a hotel in Manhattan just seven days before he was assassinated. She claims he told her he was sad she would not going be going to Texas with him and that he would call her when he got back, despite knowing she was about to be married.

Now, back in the day, Madonna would have beaten Lady Gaga over the head, made her look like a clown and walked all over her in six-inch heels while mutilating her with spike boobs. That is how incredibly fabulous Madonna was. The sad part there is the usage of the past tense. In the new Madonna Super Bowl video preview, Madge looks like she is the one trying to imitate someone else, not the one being imitated.

That’s just sad. Watching Madonna trying to somehow channel the spirit of Katy Perry kind of makes me cringe and die on the inside a little. Just reading the ‘intro’ of the video, featuring M.I.A. and Niki Minaj, makes me want to burn something. “Fans can make you famous, a contract can make you rich, the press can make you a superstar, but only luv can make you a player,” the intro reads at the launch of the “Give Me All Your Lovin’” video. May I kindly stop to pound my head into my computer desk for a few minutes? That sounds so entirely stupid that I just want to throw up in my mouth a little. If the intro isn’t bad enough, the lyrics to the actual song, both Madonna’s sections and the rap sections, are just as terrible.

Also, I just am so sick of everyone thinking they sound so super awesome using passé slang like ”Luvin’” that I want to scream. Really? The Material Girl, the controversy-spewing rebel goddess of “Like a Prayer” is singing about “Luvin’” surrounded by football players in blank helmets and cheerleaders in  freakish anime masks? And why, might I ask, is everyone in this video except Madonna and her “featured” friends wearing something on their heads to make them into faceless robots? Has it really gotten to the point where Madonna can’t even stand to have to look at the huddled masses of her video extras? Or is she just terrified that someone might actually take their eyes off her for a bare moment to look at a pretty cheerleader’s face?

There might be some forgiveness for all this horror if the song was actually any good. I’m sure plenty of people will slam me all over the place on this, but honestly — this song has absolutely no musical or artistic merit in my opinion. I really don’t care about all the Madonna lovers and boot-lickers who are crowing about how amazingly terrific she has done it again!  No, she has not. The lyrics to ”Give Me All Your Lovin’” are as idiotic as the title. The melody is a bastardized rework of past Madonna hits mixed up badly with an attempt to draw in younger fans with some hip hop cut-ins. Everything about the song is “designed” to be catchy and popular, which makes it sound entirely superficial and yawn-worthy.

As for the Madonna Super Bowl video preview itself, the whole thing is so ridiculous you just kind of have to stare at it with your jaw hanging down.

Yeah, Madonna is a very “different kind of girl” than she used to be. Instead of being ground-breaking, radical and brilliant, her newest video is a self-serving, narcasistic, worship fest. As much as this just makes us want to slap Madonna for demaning herself, it’s ever so much worse to watch her demean Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. by forcing them to be her little slave fans and mouth such inane material. I was actually really looking forward to seeing that Madonna Super Bowl performance, but after watching this… Well, only a Super Bowl wardrobe malfunction of epic perportions could save this from being a bore fest.

“Ima be, Ima be singing at the Grammys,” Adele posted on her Twitter feed on Tuesday. “It’s been so long I started to forget I was a singer! I can’t wait, speak soon xx.”

Adele has been sidelined from performing since she suffered a hemorrhaged focal chord and had to cancel her North American tour. Following surgery to repair the injury, Adele was required to keep quiet to preserve her golden pipes for the future. Her appearance at the 2012 Grammy Awards on Feb. 12 will be her first public performance in five months.

“I’m immensely proud to have been asked to perform at this year’s Grammy Awards,” Adele said in a press statement. “It’s an absolute honor to be included in such a night and for it to be my first performance in months is very exciting and of course nerve-racking, but what a way to get back into it all.”

Not only will Adele grace the Grammy Awards 2012 stage to perform, but we’re betting she’ll be walking away with at least a few awards as well. Adele is nominated for six honors this year: Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album for 21, Best Pop Solo Performance for “Someone Like You” and Best Short Form Music Video for “Rolling In The Deep”.

Actress Demi Moore was rushed by ambulance from her home in Los Angeles to Sherman Oaks Hospital on Monday after suffering seizure-like symptoms during a birthday party she was hosting. According to TMZ.com, one of the star’s friends told paramedics at the scene that Moore had been inhaling whippets aka ‘whip-its’ containing nitrous oxide.

In the Demi Moore 911 call, the woman on the phone with the dispatcher said “she smoked something… it’s not marijuana, it’s similar to incense” and was “convulsing,” sources told TMZ.com. Another woman told the 911 operator Demi Moore had been taking “other stuff,” was “burning up” and had been having “issues lately.”  Specific information concerning some aspects of Moore’s medical condition and drug use were reportedly censored from the 911 call to comply with privacy laws.

Following her hospitalization, a representative for the actress said in a press statement that Moore would be “seeking professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.” As a result of her “exhaustion,” Demi Moore dropped out of her next project, playing Gloria Steinham in the upcoming Linda Lovelace biopic.

Weeds star Mary-Louise Parker will allegedly be replacing Demi Moore as feminist icon Gloria Steinham in Lovelace, according to UsMagazine.com. A rep for Parker, however, told E! News that the role switch was not officially confirmed. “At this time Mary-Louise is not set for this role.”  The film, which portrays the story of Deep Throat porn actress Linda Lovelace, also stars Amanda Seyfried as Lovelace, Peter Sarsgaard, Chloe Sevigny, Chris Noth and Sharon Stone, will be released later this year.

While the Boston Bruins were meeting President Barack Obama on Monday, goaltender Tim Thomas sat out the ceremony in protest. The Bruins goaltender posted a note to his Facebook page explaining his decision to abandon his teammates.

“I believe the Federal government has grown out of control, threatening the Rights, Liberties, and Property of the People. This is being done at the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial level,” Thomas said. “This is in direct opposition to the Constitution and the Founding Fathers vision for the Federal government. Because I believe this, today I exercised my right as a Free Citizen, and did not visit the White House. This was not about politics or party, as in my opinion both parties are responsible for the situation we are in as a country. This was about a choice I had to make as an INDIVIDUAL. This is the only public statement I will be making on this topic.”

A number of fans and sports commentators responded with outrage over the Tim Thomas White House snub, denouncing the Bruins goaltender for putting himself above his team. On a day that should have been all about celebrating the success of the Bruins in a very public way, the spotlight was instead moved to focus on one team member’s political grandstanding.

Kevin Paul Dupont of the Boston Globe said the White House event was “not about politics and government until Thomas made it about politics and government” and called Thomas “Shabby. Immature. Unprofessional. Self-centered. Bush league. Need I go on? All that and more applies to what Thomas did…”

“You sure didn’t have any political objections when you wore the USA sweater or had that silver medal hung around your neck. Keep politics out of sports you jackwagon,” hockey fan Mike Dingell posted on Thomas’ Facebook page.

Supporters of the goaltender’s decision to opt out of the White House trip, however, say he had every right to exercise his right to free speech as a U.S. citizen. “The ability to tell the President that you’d rather hang out in your room at the Marriott rather than shake his hand at the White House is, when you really think about it, a fairly stunning example of what makes America great,” Boston WEEI sports radio columnist Kirk Minihane said.

“Thanks for your courage. The statement you made is 100% corect [sic] and hopefully it will motivate people to demand something better for this country,” fan Rob Fratus posted on Thomas’ Facebook feed.

Bruins General Manager Peter Chiarelli issued a press statement saying that Thomas’ position is not a reflection of the views of the team, but that he will not suspend the goaltender for refusing to participate in the White House ceremony.

“We’re just not those kind of people,” Seal told Tavis Smiley when asked how he and Klum would avoid their split turning nasty. “What one has to do in this situation is to remain civil, to retain one’s dignity, to be professional, and to understand that we are not the only people on the planet going through this.”

After rumors of a Heidi Klum and Seal divorce began running rampant on the Internet, the celebrity couple issued a press statement on Sunday night announcing they had split. “We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart,” the pair said in a joint press statement.

Despite the impending Heidi Klum divorce from husband, Seal was still photographed on Monday at a Los Angeles studio wearing what appeared to be a wedding band on his ring finger.

While speaking at a fundraising event at the Apollo Theater on Thursday, President Obama payed homage to Rev. Al Green (and sent a not-so subtle message to his donors) by shyly singing out a few bars of the soul icon’s hit “Let’s Stay Together.” Obama looked a bit bashful as he crooned softly, “I… I’m so in love with you.” It was only a short little foray into the musical world, but in the President Obama sings Al Green video, we think he has a rather sexy voice in our opinion.

About 1,400 Obama supporters were reportedly on hand at the Apollo Theater presidential fundraising event, according to ABC News. The gala included performances from Rev. Al Green and India.Arie. Mr. Green was reportedly impressed with Obama’s tribute, telling TMZ.com the president was “terrific” and “he nailed it.” Green said, “I was thrilled that the President even mentioned my name, and if the President can get the economy going again and get everything going that he wants to, then we’ll all be together.”

Bill Clinton had his saxophone, so why shouldn’t President Obama sing a few tunes now and then? Just as long as the Republicans don’t decide to jump on the bandwagon. We’re not sure we could handle listening to Newt Gingrich singing “Unfaithful” by Rihana or, maybe, “You Know I’m No Good” by Amy Winehouse.

While the buzz on Twitter is a bit negative on the switch in hair color, some fans are pleased to see a little bit of a closer return to the famous Bieber flip style that used to make tweens swoon with a toss of his pretty little head.

Justin Bieber made headlines last year when he chopped his signature floppy blond locks into a short and spiky gelled look. Quite a few of his fans were distraught over the sudden change.

We knew it was going to be a big deal,” Bieber’s hairstylist, Vanessa Price, told MTV News of that first radical change. “We knew it was going to shock fans, but we also knew it was going to be a change in terms of growing up. I think that’s something that people adjust to.

“We’d been talking about it for a while and shared some ideas, but literally the day of he was adamant about the haircut. He amped himself up for it,” Price continued, before describing his momentary hesitation. “The minute we started cutting, he was like, ‘Wait, wait, wait.’ He loves it. He’s enjoying it.”

Bieber changed things up again last week when he was spotted out and about with a longer, combed-forward, lighter style. The new Justin Bieber hair style immediately evoked criticism and loud protests, including comparisions to a ‘young Donald Trump‘.

Bieber didn’t waste much time in deciding to ditch the Donald Trump do and make another change. This time around the outrage doesn’t seem quite so vocal, although some fans are still weirded out by their idol’s new look.

The new Justin Bieber hair style is surely part of his attempt to spice up his image for his upcoming album, Believe, coming out later this year. Bieber is ready to stop being just a teen star and be taken seriously as an artist. The new, darker do is likely one way he’s trying to give a more adult edge to his look.

According to a South Carolina Primary poll by Public Policy Polling (PPP), non-candidate Stephen Colbert is currently garnering 5% of voter support. This has to be especially insulting to Republican presidential candidate Jon Huntsman, who is running at only 4% among voters. Huntsman placed third in the New Hampshire Primary results.

The pollsters wrote in a press release that “it doesn’t speak well for [Huntsman's] prospects down the line that he’s running behind Stephen Colbert.”

Naturally, the poll numbers are a joke to most as many of Stephen Colbert’s alleged supporters may just be Democratic voters having a laugh at throwing their support behind the Comedy Central star.

While Colbert is not actually running for office, he announced jokingly on his show last night that he is forming an “exploratory committee” to look into the idea. He even went so far as to hand over his ‘Americans for a Better Tomorrow, Tomorrow’ Stephen Colbert Super PAC powers to Daily Show host Jon Stewart so it wouldn’t intefere in his possible candidacy.

“Now that that is all cleared up, nation — I have a major announcement to make,” Colbert declared. “For over a day now, the people of South Carolina have been crying out for someone who can restore our nation’s former greatness to its current perfection. Well, America, that someone is now!”

Even if Colbert did move past the joke to actually attempt a run for office, it is likely impossible at this point for him to join the game. He has already missed the November 1 filing deadline for the South Carolina primary ballot and there is no write-in option on the ballot.

Beyonce gave birth on Saturday to the couple’s first child together, a baby girl named Blue Ivy, on Saturday in New York. Pal Gwyneth Paltrow confirmed the birth and the baby’s name on Twitter.

In the song “Glory,” Jay-Z raps a poignant lyric stating: “Last time the miscarriage was so tragic/We was afraid you’d disappear/But nah baby you magic.” The song, which is produced by Pharrell, includes sampling of baby Blue Ivy crying shortly after she was born.
