Britney Spears and Kevin Federline Custody Split Extended

Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline will continued to split custody of their two children at least through the end of the year. A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has extended the former couple’s custody arrangement granting Spears and Federline a 50/50 split in custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

The court order reportedly gives allowance for Britney Spears to bring her children with her on tour, as long as she provides a place for Kevin Federline to stay if he wants to ride along.

Britney Spears will also continue to pay Kevin Federline $20,000 a month in child support and up to $25,000 a month if the children are outside of the state of California. The custody arrangement between Spears and Federline will be reevaluated at the end of the year.
