There is no statute of limitations for fugitives. He not only has been charged but has pleaded guilty.

Wow. I would’ve assumed that the statute of limitations was in play by now. Classy of her to ask to have the charges dismissed, though. Not that I think they should be — but she seems to have moved past it.
