44-year-old Adrian Pasdar, who starred on NBC’s Heroes as Senator Nathan Petrelli until recently, was reportedly pulled over by police after he was seen speeding and weaving on the 405 Freeway in L.A.

According to the police report, officers detected the smell of alcohol in Pasdar’s car and asked him to undergo a field sobriety test. Pasdar allegedly refused to take a breathalyzer test at the scene. Pasdar was arrested on suspicion of DUI and booked into a local L. A. jail. His bail has reportedly been set at $15,000.
