Is Kelly Clarkson Pregnant? What She Revealed to Jay Leno!

Original American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson has been talking for months about babies. The newly married singer has made it very clear that the present she wants for Christmas is a baby on the way. In nearly every interview she’s given lately, Kelly has been talking about how she ready she is to have a child with husband Brandon Blackstock. Now it seems like maybe she has gotten her wish!

On Jay Leno last night, Kelly was all about the babies again, telling the talk show host she and her hubby have been working hard to get pregnant. “Practice makes perfect!” Kelly said. Of course, Jay Leno had to ask if Kelly might already be knocked up.

“I always get these stars that come and go, ‘I’m thinking about having a baby,’ and then the next week they go on Ellen and announce it there,” Jay said. “So, I’m asking you, are you pregnant? Remember, you are under oath!”

Kelly immediately tried to wiggle around the question, responding that she and husband Brandon are “not announcing anything right now!” Then she quickly backtracked to say, “We’re not, no!” We’re not sure if that first response might have been a little slip up, we’ll have to wait and see. Meanwhile though, the newlywed said she and Brandon are going at it “like rabbits” to make sure Kelly gets her Christmas present on time!
