In a radio show interview on Saturday night, Justin Bieber said he just really doesn’t know what to say about the split from girlfriend Selena Gomez.

The Justin Bieber and Selena Gomes break up reportedly happened about a week ago, according to E! News. Justin Bieber has recently been spotted out at several events without Selena Gomez, including an outing with 19-year-old Victoria’s Secret model Barbara Palvin.

According to a source allegedly in the know, E! News said the couple was finding it increasingly harder to maintain a relationship due to “their crazy schedules.”

In an interview with the Open House Party radio show on Saturday night, Justin Bieber was asked if he had anything to say about his recent break up with Selena Gomez. The boy wonder stumbled with his response, stuttering out that he really didn’t know what to say. “I don’t know what’s going on in my life. To even assess that, it doesn’t make sense ’cause I have not made any comment.”

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez officially opened up about their relationship back in February 2011 at the Vanity Fair Oscar party. When the two first came out about their relationship, many Justin Bieber fans reacted very negatively. Some even posted death threats against Selena Gomez on Facebook and Twitter.

At his concert in Boston Saturday night, Justin Bieber may have given a real insight into his feelings over the Selena Gomez break up. During the show, Justin Bieber performed Justin Timberlake‘s “Cry Me a River,” which was written about Timberlake’s break up with former girlfriend Britney Spears. Why did Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez break up? We may never know, but we can always come up with our own silly conspiracy theories just for entertainment value.

Following the concert, Justin Bieber posted a Tweet to his fans saying he is “focused on the positive” and said he would never leave his fans “because you are always there for me.”
