A nasty fight between Lindsay Lohan and mom Dina Lohan fight early Wednesday morning was captured on audio. In a recorded phone call between Lindsay Lohan and her father, Michael Lohan, the Liz & Dick star accuses her mother of being on cocaine and says she wants $40,000 back she gave Dina to save her house from foreclosure.
The fight between Lindsay Lohan and Dina Lohan reportedly erupted while the two were headed home after a late night of partying in Manhattan. Lindsay Lohan allegedly wanted to go back to her Manhattan hotel room, but mom Dina Lohan wanted to take their chauffeured SUV home to avoid paying for a cab. During the car ride, the two got into a nasty spat that spiraled out of control.
In the audio of the Lindsay Lohan and Dina Lohan fight in the back of the SUV, the young actress tells her father her mother is “saying disgusting things to me” and “I’m dead to her now.” She says her mother is “like the f**king devil right now.” She sobs over the phone about wanting her mother to give her back $40,000 she gave her because she said she was going to lose her house. Michael Lohan calls this a bunch of lies. Lindsay Lohan also complains of gashing her leg open during the confrontation with her mom after her diamond bracelet was broken.
At one point Lindsay Lohan yells at the driver for ignoring her request to go back to her hotel. Michael Lohan tells Lindsay on the phone that the driver was “kidnapping” her and “holding her hostage” and he would call the feds on him.
“She’s throwing your f**king kids out and she’s threatening everyone in the car… she’s calling the cops on me,” Lindsay Lohan tells her father. Then she appears to tell her mother, “you already told me that I was a piece of s**t.” She calls her mother “delusional” and says she is crazy. “I was like, give me my money back, give me my 40 grand back, that I just gave you… she’s like, you’re sick, you don’t give me anything.”

After her father berates the driver for “kidnapping” his daughter and threatens to call the feds on him, Lindsay Lohan takes the phone back and seems to tell her mother, “this is going to end very bad” and then tells Michael Lohan on the phone: “Dad, she’s on cocaine, she’s like touching her neck and s**t.” Although it is somewhat difficult to understand what exactly she’s saying, it appears that Lindsay thinks she had to go with her mother back to her house because Dina said she was going to/did call the cops on her. Lindsay sobs that she needs to go home and she has to work, but she was afraid of Dina calling the cops on her. It’s all very confusing really.
Michael Lohan reportedly called police about the fight and they arrive to wait for the pair at their destination, Dina Lohan’s house in Nassau County. According to police, officers responded to “an argument between Lindsay Lohan and her mother.” No arrests were made and no further action was taken, according to Nassau police spokesperson Officer Eloise Abdullah.
Later in the day, Lindsay Lohan and Dina Lohan hugged it out for a brief moment before the actress high-tailed it back to the city. Dina reportedly shouted out “Love you” to Lindsay as she entered the back of her chauffeured SUV and drove away.
I’ll wager that Lindsay was holding and the real fight was over who was going to get the rest of the coke. Dina probably threatened to call the cops and tell them that Lindsay had a stash on her if she didn’t get her some of the blow.
