ABC’s The Glass House 2012 is back this week and roaring ahead despite continued nasty accusations from CBS that it is nothing more than a Big Brother clone. After watching The Glass House premiere, I personally found myself kind of bored with the whole thing, but I’m hoping this week’s episode will prove more interesting in our The Glass House TV show recap.
If ABC wants The Glass House TV show to stick around for another season, they are going to have to ramp things up. So far, The Glass House 2012 doesn’t even deserve to be called a Big Brother clone because it isn’t even close to being as engaging as CBS’s long-running reality TV show hit.

Jeopardy host Alex Trebek is recovering well after suffering a mild heart attack on Saturday. The 71-year-old game show host is reportedly moving around and doing well enough to be moved out of intensive care. Thankfully, the Alex Trebek heart attack was mild and he is expected to be recovered enough to be released from the hospital soon.
“Alex is up and about and in good spirits while doctors complete their testing at Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute,” Sony Television representative Paula Askanas said in a press statement about the scary Alex Trebek heart attack episode.

A federal judge has denied a request by CBS for a temporary restraining order to halt production on The Glass House 2012. CBS filed a lawsuit against ABC claiming the network ripped off their mega-hit reality TV show Big Brother.
In the CBS Big Brother lawsuit against ABC, the network claims producers of The Glass House 2012 reality show violated copyrights and stole trade secrets courtesy of former Big Brother staffers they hired on to work on the show. CBS attorney Scott Edelman said in court that The Glass House 2012 was “copied lock, stock and barrel” from Big Brother.
