Real Housewives of Orange County Vicki Gunvalson Lawsuit Resurrected?

The Real Housewives of every city seem to have a penchant for being the target of lawsuits and legal action. Just look at Joe and Teresa Giudice, who entered not guilty pleas Tuesday to a score of federal fraud charges. On the Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki Gunvalson seems to be the name popping up most frequently of late when it comes to being sued.

Vicki Gunvalson was sued a while back by her partner in a vodka company for breach of contract after she allegedly failed to deliver on her end of the partnership — and helped her on-again, off-again boyfriend Brooks Ayers to skim a load of cash from the deal. The case was dismissed after Vicki came to un undisclosed agreement with her Vodkas by Vicki collaborator Robert Williamson, III. However, he is apparently pissed off at Vicki again and just about ready to drag her back into court.

According to, Williamson is planning to re-file the lawsuit against Vicki Gunvalson as soon as possible, despite a settlement that resulted in part of the original case being dismissed without prejudice. A source allegedly told Radar that Williamson and Gunvalson have been butting heads again and “she is attempting to backtrack on the terms and conditions of the settlement.”

Looks like Vicki and Brooks may need to saddle up the lawyers again soon, and it will be even more fun this time since the two of them are allegedly on the outs again. He is reportedly furious that she dumped him via text message this time and cancelled a credit card the two had been sharing.

When will the Real Housewives learn to steer clear of these shady business deals? Maybe if Joe and Teresa Guidice end up spending a nice long chunk of time in prison, it will teach the rest of these reality show ‘Housewives’ a lesson!
