Rihanna arm in arm with Chris Brown to Court for Probation hearing, video and photos below. Chris Brown had a surprising person accompany him to his court hearing on Wednesday, it was Rihanna. Brown — whose ongoing probation case stems from assaulting his on-and-off girlfriend in 2009 — brought his mother and Rihanna with him to his progress report hearing, where she blew him a kiss before the proceedings got underway.
Afterward, they left together arm-in-arm. During the hearing, the judge requested more information before thoroughly examining whether Brown faked his community service, as was alleged on Tuesday. Another hearing was scheduled for April 5.
Outside the court house, Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos blasted the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office for its allegations, saying, “I have never had a client who has been tortured like Chris Brown has.”
“The D.A. is paralyzed with the thought his probation will be terminated,” the lawyer said. “If that happens they won’t be able to jock him around like they’ve been jocking him around.”
Geragos — who said he plans to take legal action against the prosecutors for allegedly filing false documents — also said Rihanna came to show support for Brown, and that she believes the claims are crazy.
