Son of Survivor Blood vs Water’s Tina Wesson Dies in Car Accident

Taylor Lee Collins, son of Survivor Blood vs Water castaway Tina Wesson and brother of contestant Katie Collins, died in a car accident in Chattanooga, TN on Tuesday. The 25-year-old was a passenger in a car that reportedly went off the road and slammed into the wall of a garage. According to police reports, Taylor was ejected from the car and died at a local hospital from his injuries.

According to the Chattanooga Police Department, the unidentified driver of the vehicle was also taken to the hospital, but only suffered minor injuries. Taylor Lee Collins was reportedly riding in the front passenger seat of the vehicle and may not have been wearing a seat belt. He was thrown from the car and despite efforts to save him by rescue personnel, succumbed to his injuries.

There were reportedly no other vehicles involved in the crash. No information has been released so far on whether alcohol or speeding may have been a factor in the wreck. An investigation into the accident by the Chattanooga Police is currently ongoing.
