Anna Nicole Smith Murder Plot Investigation Revealed by FBI

A newly released report by the FBI reveals Anna Nicole Smith was investigated in 2000 over an alleged murder plot to kill the son of her late husband. According to the report, Anna Nicole Smith was interrogated about her possible involvement in a plan to kill her step-son, E. Pierce Marshall Jr.

At the time of the investigation, Marshall Jr. was involved in a nasty battle with Smith over his late father’s enormous fortune. Anna Nicole Smith married E. Pierce Marshall Sr. after meeting him at a strip club. The 89-year-old multi-millionaire died just a year later.

According to FBI documents, Smith was questioned by authorities about an alleged murder-for-hire plot to get rid of Marshall Jr. Police also searched Smith’s home and confiscated a handgun and a knife, which were later returned.

No evidence was ever found to support the claim Smith was trying to off her rival for her late husband’s fortune. Smith reportedly denied any involvement in a murder plot against her step-son, allegedly breaking down in tears over the accusations.

Marshall Jr. died in 2006. Smith died a year later from a drug overdose.

Howard K. Stern Arrested In Anna Nicole Smith Death

howard-stern-anna-nicoleHoward K. Stern, the (ahem) ex-lover of Anna Nicole Smith was arrested yesterday and charged in regards to her death. More than two years after Anna Nicole Smith died from a lethal cocktail of prescription drugs, authorities have filed the first criminal charges, targeting her former attorney and boyfriend.

Stern once claimed to be the father of her daughter Dannielynn, until DNA tests proved that photographer Larry Birkhead was the baby’s daddy. Stern has been formally charged with conspiring to furnish drugs to Smith prior to her death, prosecutors said Thursday.

He was arrested on 6 felony counts, and booked by police in Whittier, Calif., with bail set for $20,000. Also charged with 7 felonies each were two doctors, Sandeep Kapoor, 40, and Anna Nicole’s “psychiatrist”, Khristine Eroshevich, 61, who allegedly prescribed medication unlawfully to Anna Nicole, according to the L.A. County D.A.’s Office. Kapoor was arrested and booked. A warrant was issued for Eroshevich’s arrest.

In March of 2007, Eroshevich sent a fax from the Bahamas to Los Angeles before Anna Nicole Smith died, asking for a menu of potent drugs that could kill her patient. This was the same doctor whom “Entertainment Tonight” paid as a consultant and was constantly referred to on their program as the dead model’s “best friend.”

In the fax, Eroshevich requested a laundry list of drugs to be sent to the Bahamas by courier for “M. Chase,” the pseudonym Smith used to obtain drugs. The list was unreal. It included: four bottles of 2 mg Dilaudid; 2 milliliter bottles of Lorazepam (Ativan); two bottles of 350 mg Soma, a total of 180 tablets; one bottle each of 30 mg Dalmane and 400 mg Prexige, the latter a British drug; and one bottle of methadone, 300 5mg tablets. All of them are classified as different types of painkillers.

The conspiracy counts claim the three defendants conspired to provide controlled substances to Smith from between June 2004 and January 2007. They also were charged with “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict,” among other charges.

Anyone with half a brain knows that these three made it easy for Anna Nicole to get her crazed hands on enough drugs to kill even Amy Winehouse. We can only HOPE these trials are televised, as the soap opera around Anna Nicole Smith is always crazier than fiction. More to come on this developing story.

MTV is reporting that Stan Lee is teaming up with Paris Hilton to turn her into his next superhero character. Whaaaa? Quoth La Hilton:

We’re developing that right now and just going over scripts and drawing my character. I fight crime. It’s not like your typical superhero, It’s me basically as a superhero, so kind of using makeup and compacts as weapons. It’s kind of like a spoof on a superhero.

Stan! You’re a LEGEND! You created Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, the X-Men, Iron Man, the Hulk, Thor, Daredevil, Dr. Strange, and many other awesome characters. Snarkista knows you’re getting on up there age-wise, so maybe Paris is trying to pull an Anna Nicole Smith on you. Hide the checkbook! And if you DO make Paris a spooferhero, name her Supervain or Stuporgirl or The Wonky. Benji Madden could be The Pudge. Pretty please?

Larry’s Dirty, Pretty Things

Dumb blond Larry Birkhead, ex-boyfriend of the late Anna Nicole Smith and father of their daughter Dannielynn, is ensuring she has a classy AND sentimental remembrance of her mom- lingerie. Larry thought it was a great idea to spend nearly $3,000 at an auction Saturday buying the sexy stuff that Anna Nicole once wore in a Playboy shoot. He says he just wants to make sure little Dannielynn has something to remember her mother by. Whatever happened to passing down linens and the good china? Larry tells the AP:

‘I have a lot of history I have put together that she doesn’t really know about,’ Playboy was such a big part of Anna’s career.

Uh, there’s a whole lot of history that Dannilynn probably SHOULDN’T know about! Larry bought a pink bustier for $1,800 and a white negligee for $1,000 at the auction at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. Braniac said he hoped the items would help his daughter learn her mother’s life story—when she’s old enough. Right, Larry. Either you’re a REALLY dumb dad, OR you’re playing a little dress-up when Dannielynn’s in bed for the night. Actually, I’m kinda bettin’ on both.
