Best Buy crosses Kelly Clarkson but makes good in the end

Electronics retailer Best Buy told Kelly Clarkson that she couldn’t buy iPod Shuffles for a charity drive, sending her into rant mode on Facebook about the store’s apparent policy to limit the number of iPods sold to any one customer.

Luckily, a rep from Best Buy saw her rant, and informed Kelly that there was no such policy, and that the location she tried to shop at had been in error for not selling her the iPods.  A formal apology was issued, and not only did Best Buy allow Kelly to buy all the iPods she wanted, but they donated a lot more iPods to her charity as a gesture.
