According to older sister Brandi Cyrus’ Twitter, Noah and Miley broke into a jubilant rendition of Miley’s hit single “Can’t Be Tamed,” much to the amusement and delight of the rest of the family.  Apparently the girls spent Christmas Day was spent with their mom, Tish, but dad Billy Ray is also in town so that he can spend some time with the children, as well.

Both Cyrus and Michaels have officially denied the affair, but we’ve certainly seen more vehement false denials in the past (“I did not have sex with that woman!”).  At least an affair would make sense, as the Cyrus’ marriage seemed to be a happy one until very recently (presumably when Billy Ray found out what was going on).  Friends and sources have said that Billy Ray was completely in the dark about the whole thing, and now he’s seeking custody of all three of the Cyrus children.

Miley Cyrus vanished from the Twitter world Wednesday after posting a cryptic message saying rumored boyfriend Liam Hemsworth wanted her to delete her Twitter account. “FYI Liam doesn’t have a twttr & he wants ME 2 delete mine w/ gd reason,” Miley Cyrus said in her last post on Twitter.

Shortly afterward a #mileycomeback campaign was launched by Twitter fans begging Cyrus to return to the social networking service. Now dad Billy Ray Cyrus has added his voice to the fans, urging his daughter to return to Twitter for her fans’ sake.

“Miley. You are a light in a world of darkness. You were born ‘Destiny Hope Cyrus’ for a reason. You can’t leave everyone now. We r countin on u,” Billy Ray Cyrus posted on his Twitter feed Thursday evening.

“I understand ‘it is true one bad apple spoils the bunch,’” Billy Ray continued in a later Tweet. “But listen to the words of your songs ‘Stand … for what ya believe in’ … Remember?”

Our fave little freight-train Miley Cyrus took to the ‘tubes to inform us that she wears rocker t-shirts ‘cuz she’s a big rock fan, and not a poser like, say, Avril Lavigne. Miley also wants you to know that she totally hearts Iron Maiden, even though she probably has no clue what they’re singing about.

Milerz was seen wearing an Iron Maiden T-shirt on Saturday, and dissed critics who said she wasn’t a true fan. She’s adamant she is actually a follower of the British metal band and isn’t just wearing the shirt because she wants to be a rock star, instead of a pop kid with a busted weave.

Does Miley have a full-time cue card dude? Billy Ray is totally responsible for this.

Miley thought it would be a great idea to post some pics on her Facebook of Justin hanging out with her IN BED. Brainiac! Besides continuing to set a skanky example for her young fans, her documentation of her love life may be evidence of a felony! Now, the Cyrus clan would have us all believe that Miley and Justin have a lovely, chaste relationship. We’d love to buy that, but the pics Miley keeps providing say something different.

Justin is a 20 year-old MAN, and is more than 4 years older than Miley. That’s a key number here in Miley’s home state of Tennessee, as that’s the defining rule for statutory rape. Not sure what the laws are in Cali, but I doubt they’d let Justin off the hook either. Tellingly, one of the comments to Miley on the Facebook screenshot says “He’s gonna kill you”, to which she responded, “He doesn’t have Facebook so he won’t know…lol”. Oh, yeah, Miley. He won’t know! L.O.L. indeed.

Snarkista’s getting tired of telling Billy Ray Cyrus to tighten the reins on Miley, and it seems he’s either given up- or going along for the PR ride hoping it will help both of them out of their Hannah Montana contracts. There are even rumors he’s PAYING Justin to be Miley’s boyfriend. Whatever the reason, it is just WRONG. We’ll see if this latest stunt gives Justin a scare, or if he keeps on tossing caution to the wind. And Disney’s REALLY walking a fine line these days with it’s increasingly scandalous starlets.

Billy Ray is regretting letting pushy Miley have her way about Justin (who basically lives with Miley and family). “He also thinks Justin is a bit of a mooch and doesn’t want him taking advantage of Miley,” an unidentified source close to the Cyruses tells the Star.

Miley was left in tears after her dad ordered her to stop seeing Justin during a recent confrontation. “She’s totally crazy about him and isn’t letting him go anywhere,” the insider says of Miley’s feelings for Justin. “Miley told her dad to back off. She is sick of him trying to hold her down, and feels she is old enough to make her own decisions.”

Britain’s Daily Mail expounds:

“Although she’s only 16, she has been forced to mature much more quickly than most girls her age. She is dating a 20 year-old and is already a superstar, so she thinks it’s high time she started living like an adult. And although she loves her parents, she no longer wants to be treated like a child.”

DUH! Letting Miley date a 20 year-old probably helped that quick-maturing right along, mullet-heads! How in the hell are you going to set rules for a teenager after that? You KNOW Disney is kicking themselves for not covering this in Miley’s contract. Billy Ray and Tish better find a babe for Justin FAST, because there is no way Miley’s gonna break up with that hottie. Don’t let the barn door hit ya in the ass!

A source told the Enquirer that she used her hacked e-mail account on a daily basis to send pics and letters to Nick Jonas and to her friends. Brainiac! What’s more, Miley used several email accounts to spread herself around, and she’s not sure which ones got hacked!

The bottom line is, there are more scandalous pictures that may have been accessed. Miley’s losing sleep worrying about them. Let this be a lesson to all of you self-pic takers…don’t email or post anything that you’re not prepared to have the world see. The internet is FOREVER.

Sounds like Billy Ray and Leticia Cyrus have a MAJOR fire on their hands, one that’s been building for quite awhile. But, there could be even MORE to this than meets the eye. Miley and Billy Ray want OUT of their “Hannah Montana” Disney contracts, and have been making life miserable for everyone on-set. Sure would be convenient for Miley to “sex” her way out of the Magic Kingdom, huh. Moms everywhere are getting antsy at Miley’s ever increasing provocative behavior, and AREN’T looking for another Britney to lead their daughters astray. Disney knows it, and has been grooming Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato to ascend to Miley’s golden throne.

Justin Gaston better be VERY careful around the extremely powerful and headstrong jail-bait. Miley may be a cash cow, but if she pulls a Jamie Lynn Spears, Justin could be headed for the slammer. Miley might end up SHOPPING at Wal-Mart instead of dominating it. All that Hannah Montana merchandise would go straight to the dumpster. Oh well, at least Miley has plenty of heinous Hannah-wigs if she decides to shave her head.

So, if you don’t want to see Britney naked, making copies of her butt on the office Xerox machine, doing the “stripper hair flip”, or driving a car with her stiletto… don’t watch this. Also don’t watch if you don’t want the very synthesized and extremely annoying “Womanizer” stuck in your head. ‘Cuz trust Snarkista, it WILL be, and you’ll be banging your cranium all day to get it out. If this is what starting your career with Disney will do- Billy Ray Cyrus better lock up Miley NOW.

5000 fans bought $250 tickets to “Come to Miley’s Party.” And they needed to get SOMETHING for their money, ‘cuz there’s no way Miley would be riding rides with them. I mean, come ON. Guests like Tyra Banks, Jennie Garth and Steve Carrell weren’t why they came either. There’s a decent chance Miley’s fans don’t have a clue who THEY are.

So, billionairess-to-be Miley had to costume up and sing for her masses, pose for photo ops with other teen stars, autograph Hannah Montana shizz, and shake her money-maker for the papz. Just like any other day! After all, this WAS an early birthday bash. Miley’s still 15. But, she’s dating a 20-year old. Way to go mom and dad! And Happy, er, Workday, Miley.
