Megan Fox Says Marriage to Brian Austin Green Will Take Years

Jonah Hex star Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green announced earlier this week that they are engaged for the second time, but don’t hold your breath waiting around for their wedding day. Fox says she is in no hurry to walk down the aisle.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have been dating for six years and it could be that long again before they ever actually get around to exchanging wedding vows.

“It’s going to be years!” Fox told UsWeekly.com at Thursday’s Jonah Hex premiere in Los Angeles. “I’m going to be 44 when I get married.” Of course, Megan Fox has already admitted she sometimes ‘misleads’ the press with her comments. So you never know, the couple might just pop up in a Las Vegas wedding chapel on the fly at any time.

Fox and Green were previously engaged once before, but called it off in February, 2009. They briefly split, but were soon once again an official couple later that year.

We hope that Megan Fox losing her two-carat engagement ring after getting too excited after Green’s proposal in Hawaii isn’t a bad sign this engagement is doomed to be cancelled as well.

Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox Engaged Again

Transformers star Megan Fox and boyfriend Brian Austin Green are engaged once again. Fox and Green have been dating on and off since 2004 and broke off their previous engagement last year.

Megan Fox was booted from Transformers 3 and replaced with a Victoria’s Secret model. That had to hurt. So we’re hoping her new engagement to boyfriend Brian Austin Green will make her feel a bit better. If it sticks this time, that is. Fox and Green were engaged to be married before, but abruptly called the engagement off last February.

Apparently the erstwhile couple are ready to give the whole engagement thing another go. Brian Austin Green reportedly proposed to Megan Fox at the beach on the Big Island in Hawaii. Fox was reportedly quite excited over the proposal, “jumping up and down,” a source told UsWeekly.com.

Maybe a bit TOO excited. Turns out Megan Fox got so worked up over her second engagement to Brian Austin Green that she lost the engagement ring in the sand at the beach. Security and staff reportedly spent hours looking for the ring but so far it hasn’t turned up yet.

Men Everywhere Rejoice, Megan Fox Calls It Off With Brian Austin Green

brian-austin-green-megan-foxAnd perhaps the ladies are rejoicing as well, for Brian Austin Green is one of MY favorite reasons to watch Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. What a manly, manly man. With tactical training!

Back to the bustup… Megan Fox called off the deal. “The relationship had run its course,” an insider tells US magazine. “It’s completely amicable, and they are remaining friends.”

Megan, 22 (who’ll reprise her role as Mikaela in this June’s sequel Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen), and Brian, 35 (a regular on Terminator), now “are both focusing on their careers,” the source adds.

The couple made the fatal mistake of having tattoos of each other’s names. The tattoo effect strikes again!

The two met in 2004 and got engaged in November 2006. At least there won’t be a big loss on a lavish wedding. Megan declared before the split that “It’s not going to be a big wedding,” she said at a GQ bash. “I’m not one of those girls. If it happens, it will be very low-key and quick and unplanned.”

Snarkista’s condolences to Brian and Megan, but happy times for some singles in Hollywood! Open season!
