Britney’s releasing her new, appropriately named album “Circus” today, and the PR blitz has been massive. Britney had a tell-all Sunday night that got huge ratings, although it was a bit of a yawner. Today Brit-Brit dropped in on “Good Morning America” to cut yet another “Circus” birthday cake and to lipsynch sing. She was wearing Madonna’s top hat, and Snarkista detected a smidge of butt cleavage in the performance… but at least she was wearing pants!
