You would think that being Hermione Granger and having a net worth of $15 million would buy you the right not to be pushed around by a bunch of college bullies, but Emma Watson has dropped out of her degree course at Brown University after students allegedly taunted her, continuously shouting lines from Harry Potter at her in an attempt to make fun of her.
Emma, however, claims her transfer to another university has nothing to do with the bullying – she claims she simply wants to pursue a course that Brown doesn’t offer. Â Presumably this would be any course where she can get on with her school work and not have to hear “three points for Gryffindor” every time she answers a question correctly in class.
