Casey Johnson Funeral Held – Girlfriend Tila Tequila Not Invited

The funeral for Johnson and Johnson heiress Casey Johnson was held Tuesday morning in New Brunswick, NJ. Reality TV star Tila Tequila, who was engaged to Johnson at the time of her death, was not invited by the family to attend.

The funeral for 30-year-old Casey Johnson was a small, private affair attended only by family and close friends. Johnson was found dead in her home in Los Angeles on Jan 4. An official cause of death has yet to be determined. Johnson suffered from diabetes, but it is not yet known if the disease was a contributor to her death.

Casey Johnson’s girlfriend, Tila Tequila, was reportedly not invited to attend the socialite’s funeral and was not present at the service. Tequila said her therapist put her on “suicide watch” after Johnson’s death but she is now doing fine. “I know Casey wants me to be alive and she hates seeing me like this,” Tequila told People. “She always hated it when she would see me cry.”

Tila Tequila was scheduled to appear on The Larry King Show Tuesday night to discuss the late as part of a tribute to the late Johnson & Johnson heiress. Tequila was dropped from the program, however, after Johnson’s family allegedly protested her appearance on the show.

Donations in Johnson’s memory are being accepted by the Casey Johnson Memorial at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

The New York Jets dedicated the team’s win over the Cincinnati Bengals to owner Woody Johnson, whose daughter, Casey Johnson, died suddenly earlier this week.

Following the NY Jets’ 24 to 14 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, Coach Rex Ryan and the team dedicated the win to Johnson. “There’s only one game ball,” Ryan said, according to the New York Daily News, “and it goes to Woody.”

The Johnson family gathered to cheer on the Jets only five days after Casey Johnson’s mysterious and sudden death. Woody Johnson reportedly said it was “a very difficult time for us, but we felt it was important to be here today.” Even so, Johnson said the win could not help ease the pain from losing his daughter so young. “No, it doesn’t help,” Johnson said.

A moment of silence was held at the game for Casey Johnson before the national anthem. Jets staff members wore diabetes awareness bracelets in support of the Johnson family and their tragic loss.

No official cause of death has yet been released in the death of Casey Johnson. The young socialite suffered from diabetes, but it is not yet known if the disease may have contributed to her death.

Casey Johnson Autopsy Inconclusive – Funeral Planned Later This Week

An autopsy performed on the body of Johnson and Johnson heiress Casey Johnson revealed no immediate cause of death, although the report stated there were no signs of foul play in the socialite’s death. The findings from the Casey Johnson autopsy report were ruled inconclusive, with additional toxicology and tissue tests expected to take 6-8 weeks.

No evidence of foul play or trauma to the body was found during the official autopsy by the LA County Coroner’s Office on Casey Johnson. Johnson struggled with diabetes throughout her life, but authorities did not state whether or not the disease was thought to be a possible contributing factor to her death.

An unidentified source allegedly told RadarOnline.com that Johnson’s girlfriend, reality TV star Tila Tequila, feared the heiress had died of a drug overdose. TMZ.com reported that only an “insignificant” amount of prescription drugs were found in Johnson’s home.

A private funeral for friends and family has been scheduled for later this week. No other details regarding the memorial have been released. In a press statement through their rep, the Johnson family said they wish to “thank everyone who has expressed condolences and support during this trying time. Your thoughts and prayers are deeply appreciated.”

Johnson and Johnson heiress Casey Johnson was found dead on Monday at her home in Los Angeles. Police believe Johnson, who was engaged to reality TV star Tila Tequila, died several days before her body was discovered.

An autopsy and toxicology tests will be performed on the body of Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson to hopefully determine a cause of death for the 30-year-old socialite. The Los Angeles Police Department reported there were no signs of foul play, but will continue to investigate Johnson’s death.

TMZ.com reports Casey Johnson had a history of diabetes and insulin injections were found at her home. Johnson has allegedly been hospitalized twice due to diabetes complications.

Casey Johnson was the daughter of New York Jets owner Woody Johnson and heiress to the Johnson and Johnson fortune. She had recently become engaged to girlfriend Tila Tequila, giving the reality TV personality a huge diamond ring as a symbol of their commitment.

Tequila posted the news of her fiancée’s death on her Twitter feed Monday. “Everyone please pray 4 my Wifey Casey Johnson,” Tequila said. “She has passed away. Thank u for all ur love and support.”

Tila Tequila Pregnant with Brother’s Child

Okay, so admittedly that headline sounds a bit off. It’s true though. Former A Shot at Love reality TV star Tila Tequila announced this week she is going to be playing surrogate for her brother and his wife — and she’s already pregnant!

“BIG ANNOUNCEMENT,” Tila Tequila posted on her Twitter account. “I am going to become a surrogate mother for my brother and his wife!!! …That is my xmas present to them. I’m pregnant!!!!”

The exact nature of this alleged surrogacy is unclear. Tequila could be carrying a child from her brother and his wife’s genetic mix, a donor mix or just plans to give her own biological child to the couple.

However, we do hope that Tequila is not just being crazy again – like with her recent naked video rant. Or wrongly proclaiming on her Twitter feed, again, that she is pregnant. She already did that once over the summer.

We wonder what Tequila’s fiancée, Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson feels about this whole surrogacy thing. Johnson is already fighting with her mother, Sale Johnson, to reclaim custody of her adopted daughter Ava. Ava was removed from Casey Johnson’s custody earlier this year allegedly due to concerns about the child’s safety.

So now naked ranting Tila Tequila and her allegedly child-endangering girlfriend are going to be responsible for bringing a new baby into the world? We’re kind of feeling bad for Tequila’s brother and his wife right about now…

Prominent tycoon daughters Courtenay Semel and Casey Johnson are dating, according to Page Six.
Courtenay’s the daughter of former Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel, and Casey is heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune. Insiders said Casey, who had recently announced she would be moving to New York, “decided to ditch Manhattan for good and stay in Los Angeles” to be with Semel. One source said:

“People are shocked they are together. Nobody realized Casey was interested in women.

People knew Courtenay was, though… in fact she and Lindsay Lohan lived together awhile ago,and rumors had them as being more than friends! BEFORE Samantha Ronson swept LiLo off her feet!

Casey’s bad experience with former boyfriend John Dee may have turned her off of the opposite sex. Casey’s aunt, Libet Johnson, reportedly snatched Dee out from under her 2 years ago! Recently Casey and Courtenay were seen holding hands at an event in LA and exhibiting major PDA at Paris Hilton’s housewarming party.

“Their families don’t yet know they’re together,” said the source. Until NOW! “But the clans have known each other for years and will surely be thrilled with the billionaire merger.” Certainly more thrilled than if either one of the ladies was hooked up with less than blue-blooded Lindsay and HER family baggage!
