Lindsay’s Playboy Pics not up to Par

This is quite the juxtaposition: prior to heading off for her stint in jail, Lindsay Lohan had a week to finish a nude photoshoot for Playboy, much of which will be re-shoots of earlier photos. Turns out Playboy was unhappy with the first batch of pics which have already been shot and wants to start over.

They haven’t said specifically if there was anything wrong with the images, just that “Playboy executives wanted to go another direction with her shoot so they asked her to come back for a second time,” a source told RadarOnline.com.

Of course, this all adds up to more cash in Lindsay’s pocket – she’s reportedly getting $1 million to take it all off for Playboy. Maybe that will help soften the blow of her recent jail sentence: 30 days. In jail. No option for house arrest. This is her fifth jail sentence since being arrested twice for drunken driving in 2007. Twenty-five-year-old Lindsay last served 35 days on house arrest on a four month jail sentence.

Does Anyone Believe LiLo Will Stay in Jail?

Celebrities have a way to squirreling their way out of jail time and it’s hard to believe Lindsay Lohan will be any exception. Lohan was sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating her probation by not attending therapy sessions required by the court. Additionally she managed to get kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center. Yep, it seems like jail is the next logical move.

The judge ruled that all of Lohan’s remaining community service must be served at the L.A. County Morgue – if she doesn’t complete the rest of her probation according the judge’s stipulation, she’ll be sentenced to an additional 270 days in jail. This judge is NOT messing around! She also made it clear that her 30 days in jail will be served – imagine this – IN JAIL. Not under house arrest.

The judge also had a few cautionary words for Lindsay, suggesting she stop tweeting her experiences. Sounds like LiLo needs to keep her head down, power through the 30 days, and emerge on the other side. Can she do it?

Lindsay Lohan offered a plea deal

The judge in Lindsay Lohan‘s necklacegate case has offered her a plea deal that she’s not very fond off.  The deal from prosecutors is that if she wants to avoid trial, she has to go to jail for six months.

If she rejects this kind offer, then the case is likely to go to trial, which means LiLo will go to jail anyway, as she was on probation for DUI when the necklace was stolen, which is an offense in itself.  Either way, it looks like she’s going to jail.  Lindsay has two weeks to decide whether she wants to take the plea deal, and she’s kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Lil Wayne in good spirits, joking about Madonna

Rapper Lil Wayne is finally set to be released from jail on the 4th of November, and he’s already starting to organize plans for the following weekend.  On Tuesday, MTV broadcast a phone call that they had with Wayne, in which they talked to him about a concert that’s being planned in his honor.  Wayne was asked which music act he’d like to see performing at that concert, and without missing a beat he replied, “Madonna,” and then laughed and said he was joking.  Wayne added that it’s the strength and dedication of his fans that has kept him going through his ordeal, and that he’s been enjoying reading his fan mail and looking forward to seeing his friends.
