Wolf Blitzer on 'Celebrity Jeopardy'

How embarrassing is it to be a world famous new anchor and have your ass handed to you by Tonight Show sidekick Andy Richter and Desperate Housewives actress Dana Delany? Pretty damn sad. CNN host Wolf Blitzer must be writhing in shame after his epic Jeopardy fail displayed Thursday night for all to see and snicker at.

Wolf Blitzer was unable to answer questions about things like pasta and the word “excerpts.” He mistakenly added an “s” to the end of Julia Child‘s name. Seriously, he was so terrible that he didn’t even make it to the final round, leaving Richter and Delany to battle it out for the win. Richter, who has already previously proved he’s a Jeopardy guru, eventually won the show and $68,000 for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Mostly we feel bad for the American Cancer Society, Blitzer’s designated charity, for missing out on a load of donation cash. Thankfully, they at least were granted the minimum donation for Blitzer’s appearance on the show, $25,000.
