Boy, does Charlie Sheen have his work cut out for him with his new stage show. Â He opened up the tour in Detroit over the weekend, and basically the entire thing fell apart right from the beginning. Â After some initial cheering, Charlie quickly turned the crowd against him by making jokes about how much better he was than everyone in the audience.
Many rounds of booing and heckling followed, and then people just started walking out. Â The second show in Chicago seems to have gone slightly better, with Charlie turning the change of city to his advantage by starting a “Detroit sucks” chanting campaign in the audience. Â There was no booing or people leaving the performance early, but it still seems that Charlie has a long way to go before he can declare this a “winning” tour.
