Chris Brown Claims He Doesn’t Remember Beating Rihanna

During an interview with Larry King scheduled to air on Wednesday, Chris Brown claims he doesn’t remember beating former girlfriend Rihanna to a pulp. “I just look at it like, wow. I’m in shock, because first of all, that’s not who I am as a person and that’s not who I pride myself on being,” Chris Brown says in the Larry King Live interview video clip.

“When I look at the police reports or hear about the police reports, I don’t know what to think. It’s just like, wow.”

When asked by Larry King if he remembers attacking Rihanna, Chris Brown answers in the video clip with a simple and unbelievable “No.”

Chris Brown was convicted for felony assault against Rihanna on August 25 and sentenced to five years of probation after pleading guilty to the charges.

Chris Brown attempts to push some of the blame for his abusive attack on a history of abuse from his stepfather in his own past. Brown also tells Larry King during the interview that he “never slid out of love” with Rihanna.

To add insult to severe injury, Chris Brown has included an “apology” song, “Changed Man,” to Rihanna on his new album. “This ain’t over / it ain’t over,” he sings. “I remember your touch / God I miss u so much / please believe me / Baby I’m sorry,” Brown sings. Stalker much?

Violently beating up your girlfriend and then making her relive it through song is a lovely way of showing your undying affection, Mr. Brown.
