American Pie actor Chris Klein has been arrested yet again on suspicion of drunk driving. Klein was arrested Wednesday morning in Los Angeles after police spotted his car weaving across three lanes of traffic on the 101 freeway.
According to the California Highway Patrol, 31-year-old Chris Klein was seen driving recklessly on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles shortly after 3 AM. After being pulled over by police, Klein was administered a field sobriety test, which he reportedly failed.
Klein’s blood alcohol was three times the legal limit, according to the California Highway Patrol. Klein was arrested and booked on suspicion of DUI and later released on his own recognizance.
Chris Klein was previously arrested in 2005 on DUI charges in San Diego County. Reps for Klein have so far not commented on his arrest.
