Brooke Mueller has refused a court-mandated drug test, which is part of her custody agreement with Charlie Sheen, and it may mean big problems for her later if she wants to keep her kids. Â Friends had been saying that Brooke had started using drugs again recently, and she had even been seen pawning a stereo and a watch for extra money.
So it’s not surprising that she refused the drug test, but of course it means the result gets automatically recorded as dirty.  Now the ball is in Charlie’s court – I can’t imagine that he actually wants  physical custody of the children, as he can barely take care of himself, but whatever move he makes next is bound to be entertaining.
Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry seem to be coming to some sort of agreement over custody of their daughter, Nahla, and that means the poor girl is probably going to end up having to live with one of her parents after all. Â The big problem is that Halle’s acting schedule has her jetting all over the world and rarely coming home, so custody and visitation proceedings have been delayed and delayed and delayed again.
