Dancing With the Stars Maksim Chmerkovskiy Curses Judge Backstage

Professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovsky is certainly not interested in making friends with the judges this season on Dancing With the Stars. First he insulted judge Len Goodman a few weeks back and told him maybe it was time the judge ‘got out’ of the dance business. Now Maksim Chmerkovsky has taken out his frustration on another judge for criticizing his latest dance routine with partner Hope Solo.

Maksim Chmerkovsky vented his fury at harsh criticism of his dancing with celebrity Hope Solo a few weeks ago and insulted judge Len Goodman by implying he was maybe getting too old to still be in the dance business. He riled things up even more when he said backstage after the dust up: “With all due respect, this is my show. I helped make it what it is.”

Although Maksim Chmerkovsky never really apologized for getting catty with the judges, he has kept his mouth mostly zipped for the past few weeks. Apparently keeping a civil tongue in his head finally became too much for Chmerkovsky once again, however, in the latest round of Dancing With the Stars. Apparently the dancing pro was royally pissed at judge Carrie Ann Inaba‘s critique of his performance with partner Hope Solo.

While they kept it all smiles in front of the judges (prompting Carrie Ann Inaba to comment snarkily on Maks’ grin), Maksim Chmerkovsky and Hope Solo were less than pleased with their critiques from the panel. Hope Solo told co-host Brook Burke: “I think from day one they wanted me off the show but I am here in the final four and I’m hoping to get into the final and, I’ve got to say, Maks was smiling because we should be smiling that’s what it’s all about. So Carrie Ann, thank you, Maks was smiling. This is my partner finally we’re happy.”

In response to his partner’s mini-rant, Chmerkovsky playfully covered Solo’s mouth while the cameras panned to the judges. It wasn’t until later, after the show that Chmerkovsky expressed his true feelings about Inaba’s commentary on his dance with Solo (and his slightly creepy grinning face during judging).

“F-ck Carrie Ann,” Chmerkovsky told reporters backstage with a smile, seemingly trying to appear like he was joking (and kind of failing). “Next question.” Chmerkovsky elaborated later by saying that he thinks “Carrie Ann has an issue. I don’t know what it is. I would love to know what it is so I can address it. As of now, I have no clue what the hell she was talking about. I think it was a great night. I totally disagree with the scores, but what else is new.” Hope Solo piped up to add once again: “They’ve wanted us off since day one.”

Maksim Chmerkovsky and Hope Solo came in last place by a mile going into the final elimination, but the pro dancer says he isn’t losing any sleep over it. I go to sleep with a very clear conscious because I say everything on my mind and never hide anything,” Chmerkovsky said. “I’m good.”

Audience Boos Dancing With the Stars Carson Kressley Elimination

Carson Kressley may have been the latest star to be eliminated on Dancing With the Stars, but he didn’t leave without a strong protest from the audience. On Dancing With the Stars last night, the crowd flooded the judges with boos and catcalls as the announcement was made that Carson Kressley and partner Anna Trebunskaya had landed on the bottom.

The bottom two spots on Dancing With the Stars last night, from a combination of audience votes and judges scores, were Hope Solo and Carson Kressley, with their respective partners Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Anna Trebunskay.

As Carson Kressley came down to stand in front of the judges for elimination, the first round of boos and catcalls wafted up from the audience. When it was announced that Kressley and Trebunskay would be leaving, the audience erupted in loud and booming boos and catcalls, almost drowng out co-host Brooke Burke for a moment.

When asked by Burke what he will take away from the Dancing With the Stars experience, Carson Kressly said: “It was great being here. I just can’t say enough about what a great, positive experience this was. I’ll be back every week cheering for my cast mates!”

“You know, first of all I have to say thank you to everyone involved with Dancing with the Stars — first of all to Anna, the most amazing, patient, kind, wonderful partner. To my cast mates, to the judges, to the producers, to my friends, to my family, to my fans — it’s just been a pure joy for me, and I just hope I could make people smile and laugh and have a great time.”

“I just have to say #DWTS was the best experience ever. I will miss all of the pros and stars. I love you all,” Kressley Tweeted after his elimination. “And a world of thanks to the best partner in guy could ask for @atrebunskaya !!! I will cherish my time with you. I love you,” he added.

Dancing With the Stars Nancy Grace Fart Video Sought By Fetish Group

The verdict is still not officially in on whether or not it was Nancy Grace who farted loudly during a recent episode of Dancing With the Stars. Even so, a fetish video website would love to purchase rights to a three second clip of the so-called Dancing With the Stars Nancy Grace fart video. Naturally, this is just a cheap way to drum up publicity for the website, but it is still pretty funny.

Just a week after the Dancing With the Stars Nancy Grace wardrobe malfunction that bared way more of her breast than any human with eyeballs needed to see, the talking head is now the subject of yet another embarrassing video clip. Although she has tried to blame it on everyone but herself, Nancy Grace appears to have let a giant fart rip during this week’s Dancing With the Stars.

Nancy Grace was standing with partner Tristan MacManus and host Brooke Burke when a loud farting sound ripped across the audio. Just a second later, Nancy Grace made an embarrassed face and partner Tristan MacManus stuck out his tongue and looked carefully away from her. Brooke Burke, meanwhile, appeared to be desperately attempting not to either run screaming or laugh her head off.

Capitalizing on the publicity of the Dancing With the Stars Nancy Grace fart video, a self-proclaimed ‘fetish’ website has announced loudly to the media that they wish to purchase rights to the three second flatulence footage. “After viewing and hearing Nancy Grace’s alleged “toot” after her performance on Dancing With the Stars, our staff here at [self-promoting website*], who have a real nose for news, would like to acquire the rights of the three second footage from ABC,” the site said in a letter to ABC.

The sucking up for publicity website* said they “wish to acquire this for our members of our website who are “Flatulophiliacs” or simply put, “Fart Fanatics… Passing gas is as natural as breathing, and our members are waiting with baited breath.”

Grace totally denied she was the source of the meaty fart. She also said at the time that she “can absolutely exonerate myself and Brooke. However, the rest of the cast — seated just inches away — all remain under grave suspicion.”

Later though, she switched tactics and blamed partner Tristan MacManus with a backhanded dig, telling TMZ that “if you listen very carefully to that clip, it has an Irish accent.” Yeah, well, she also denied that her Dancing With the stars wardrobe malfunction actually involved any nipple slippage — but we saw the eye-bleaching evidence for ourselves.

So, basically, if Nancy Grace denies it ever happened, you can probably bet it definitely did!

Dancing With the Stars Elimination Surprises Kristin Cavallari and Mark Ballas

Being eliminated from Dancing With the Stars this week was a shock to reality TV star Kristin Cavallari. Pro dancer Mark Ballas and partner Kristin Cavallari were voted Dancing With the Stars season 13 off on Tuesday.

“I’m a little surprised, to be honest,” Kristin Cavallari told reporters after her elimination. “But I’ve had such a great time and it’s been an awesome experience. So, you know, it is what it is.”

Cavallari said she really didn’t understand exactly why she and partner Mark Ballas got the boot from Dancing With the Stars this week. “I don’t know,” she said. “Maybe it’s like what Tom [Bergeron] said. Everybody thought we’d be safe, so they voted for other people? Maybe the audience didn’t like our dances after all. I’m not sure.”

Kristin Cavallari and Mark Ballas finished in a fourth-place tie with the judges on Monday night. The couples had been asked to tell the stories of the most memorable year of their life through dance. Cavallari danced a samba to celebrate graduating from high school in 2005 and moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment. After combining the scores from the judges with the audience votes, Ballas and Cavallari were eliminated.

Mark Ballas said he was thrilled to have been paired with Kristin Cavallari on Dancing With the Stars 2011 season 13, despite their early elimination. “I just want to say that I’m really proud of Kristin,” Ballas said. “She had great potential and I thougth she killed it last night and I was honored to be her partner, and I’m really proud of you and I love you.”

Despite being sad over her elimination, Kristin Cavallari said she truly enjoyed her time on Dancing With the Stars. “I’ve had such an incredible experience,” she said. “I’ve made new friends. We’ve all become such a little family. I’m a huge fan of the show. I’ll continue to be a huge fan of the show.”

As for who Cavallari thinks will make it to the finals, the reality TV star has her eyes on J. R. Martinez and Ricki Lake. “I think they’ll definitely be in the finals,” she said.

Dancing With the Stars Results Not Surprising for Ron Artest

The Dancing With the Stars results from last night’s first elimination of the season were not at all surprising — not even to the eliminated celebrity. From the moment that Ron Artest (aka Metta World Peace) stepped on to the dance floor, you just knew it was not going to be good.

NBA player Ron Artest and partner Peta Murgatroyd just were not meant to make it past the first week on Dancing With the Stars. Oh, Peta was great and the consumate professional. Ron Artest, however, was like a log with wooden legs. He might ‘dance’ on the basketball court, but in the ballroom he is a dud.

The dancing pair’s cha cha routine scored only a lowly 14 points out of a potential 30 in the Dancing With the Stars results from the judges. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba said the routine “was sexy, but wrong for all the technical reasons.” Rob Kardashian and Nancy Grace joined Ron Artest in the bottom three.

Artest, who oficially changed his name to Metta World Peace recently, was the first to admit he “didn’t really put in enough time and effor to go on” in the competition.

“I’m a clown. I think I was maybe having too much fun. But, you know, somebody had to go early and first. Somebody had to go,” he told Access Hollywood. “But I had a blast. The cast is great, all the dancers. I met new people, new personalities. I got a chance to experience a new thing.”

As for his winner prediction, Metta World Peace was ‘amazed’ by former Queer Eye for the Straight Guy star Carson Kressley. “I was happy to see Chaz [Bono] — Chaz did pretty good. He didn’t mess up. And then Nancy [Grace] did awesome, but Carson — he’s the total package.”

Ricki Lake Dancing With the Stars Injury No Big Deal

The first episode of Dancing With the Stars 2011 season 13 hasn’t even aired yet and we already have our first injury to report. Former talk show host Ricki Lake injured her leg on Thursday while rehearsing for the show with dance partner Derek Hough.

Dancing With the Stars 2011 season 13 cast member Ricki Lake posted a photo of her leg on her Twitter feed after banging it up on Thursday. The pic shows a large bruise turning purple and a small cut across her shin. “Look, my first injury,” Lake Tweeted. “Don’t ask how it happened.”

An ambulance was reportedly called to the set to check Lake out, but the Hairspray star said there was no cause for alarm. “Not sure how my bruise turned into a medic showing up? I’m fine!! :-)”

Dancing With the Stars has quite a track record of injuries among the show’s contestants and pro partners. Jackass star Steve-O was seriously injured during season 8 when he fell on a microphone pack doing a flip. Kelly Osbourne messed up her ankle badly and Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey ruptured a disc. DWTS pro Kym Johnson was rushed to the hospital during season 12 after falling and injuring her neck. And the list goes on…

Some injuries to DWTS cast members in the past have actually prevented them from ever making it into the actual competition. Nancy O’Dell ended up needing surgery on her knee after injuring it in rehearsals and never even appeared on the show. Singer Jewel also never made it on to the show after breaking her shinbone.

Seriously, Dancing With the Stars cast members seem to come down with more injuries than your average NFL team! Let’s hope Ricki Lake’s minor DWTS injury is the last we see this season.
