Bradley Cooper is the Sexiest Man Alive

At least, according to People magazine. Daniel Cooper – the star of The Hangover II - was named by the magazine as the sexiest man alive. He joins the ranks of Brad Pitt and George Clooney. And to that we say … really? Not that Cooper isn’t good looking – he’s a successful star in Hollywood, how could he not be?! – but he’s going to be listed alongside people like Johnny Depp, and we kind of don’t think they’re in the same category.

Of course there’s also that unquantifiable je ne sais quoi that Cooper definitely has – on-screen he’s charming yet quirky, lovable yet macho. He’s been linked to Jennifer Lopez and starred in big blockbuster movies so it’s not like he doesn’t have street cred. We’re just not sure if he’s Sexiest Man Alive material.

George Clooney and Elisabeth Canalis Break Up After She Talks About Marriage!

Infamous playboy George Clooney and Elisabeth Canalis, his super hot Italian actress girlfriend, have split up! The former couple released a joint statement on Tuesday saying they are no longer an item. The break up comes only a few weeks after Canalis speculated on her future marriage plans in a magazine interview.

“We are not together anymore,” George Clooney and Elisabeth Canalis said in a joint press statement issued by Clooney’s publicist. “It’s very difficult and very personal, and we hope everyone can respect our privacy.”

Only a week ago, Clooney and Canalis seemed to still be sucking the marrow out of their romance. The two were spotted out at a restaurant near Italy’s Lake Como, smiling and seeming quite the couple in love.

We wonder if Canalis’s casual talk about future marriage plans to Italian magazine Chi might have had anything to do with the split. Canalis told the magazine just a few weeks ago that she is “a firm believer in marriage, in the future I will be married. But for the time being I am as happy as I am, I don’t need anything to confirm how happy I am.”

Prior to his relationship with Canalis, George Clooney was married to Talia Balsam from 1989 to 1993 before launching into a string of relationships with various women. Clooney is known to be adament about not walking down the aisle again and even bet actress Michelle Pfeiffer $50,000 that he would never remarry.

In a recent interview with Newsweek, George Clooney talks about his new movie role as a presidential candidate, and why politics never would have worked out for him in real life. He says that he simply didn’t make the right choices in his life for politics, citing drugs and women as examples, and then he went on to say that if he were to run for office, he’d want to start off by laying all his cards out on the table and getting the messy stuff out of the way.

He said he thought a good campaign slogan might be, “I drank the bong water, now let’s talk about issues.” He might want to get his imaginary campaign manager to work on that one.

The George Clooney starring drama Up in the Air leads the 2010 Golden Globe nominations this year with six nods to the critically acclaimed film. The Golden Globe nominations for 2010 were announced on Tuesday.

Up in the Air led the 2010 field for the Golden Globe Awards with six nominations, including best director (Jason Reitman), best screenplay, best actor (Clooney) and best motion picture – drama. In the best picture category, Up in the Air will be up against the sci-fi blockbuster Avatar, The Hurt Locker, Inglourious Basterds and Precious.

The field for best picture – musical or comedy includes the musical Nine, It’s Complicated, Julie & Julia, 500 Days of Summer and The Hangover. The best director category mostly reflects the choices for the best pictures, with Reitman for Up in the Air, Kathryn Bigelow for The Hurt Locker, Quentin Tarantino for Inglourious Basterds, James Cameron for Avatar and Clint Eastwood for Invictus.

George Clooney’s Coming Back To Heal You

It’s been confirmed that George Clooney and possibly his mustache have agreed to return to ER! The classic Clooney pic above helps the argument that perhaps he should leave the ‘stache at home in his Italian villa. The Fug Girls must be ecstatic that their precious “Intern George” will be back to heal those who, without his brilliant presence, would croak.

According to People, ER co-creator John Wells has ordered a closed set to keep Georgie’s appearance top secret! Except we now know he’ll be there!

It’s not known how many episodes will feature George, as this is ER’s final season. We do know, however, that the final episode of ER will air Thursday, April 2nd. Tune in!

George Clooney didn’t just break off his romance with Sarah Larson — he did it abruptly, leaving the former cocktail waitress shocked, heartbroken and moving back to Las Vegas, friends of the former couple told Fox News. To add insult to injury, the papz snapped some pics on Thursday of a potential NEW Clooney babe at his Lake Cuomo villa! Poor deluded Sarah. A friend says:

She thought they were getting married. Instead, she got dumped. She’s really upset. Devastated.

Larson had to pack her bags and do the walk of shame out of Clooney’s LA mansion. The 29-year-old ran to Las Vegas, where she’d worked at the Palms Casino Hotel before Clooney swooped in a year ago.

Less than a month ago, the couple were in New York celebrating the actor’s 47th birthday. They were “taking it slow”, but they were planning to eventually wed, they told friends at the time. Girl- you fell for that tired old shizz from Clooney? Obviously you didn’t study your Clooney history. The “taking it slow” clue went right over your head.

“She’s totally heartbroken and doesn’t deserve this,” a friend said. “It came out of nowhere. They had made all these plans.” Translation: SARAH made a bunch of plans and Clooney got wind of them.

What’s WORSE is this month’s issue of Harper’s Bazaar has a feature on Larson titled: “It Girl: Sarah Larson. Don’t hate her because she’s beautiful, fearless … and dates George Clooney.” Even MORE painful is the interview, where Larson blabs on about Georgie being the love of her life. Honey, you might as well have gotten a tat with George’s name on it. Clooney probably read the advance copy and seized up with his usual matrimonial phobia.

Georgie’s only been married once, in 1989 to actress Talia Balsam (when Sarah was 10). Since his divorce in 1993, Clooney has SWORN he’ll never remarry. Did working in Vegas teach you NOTHING sweetie? The odds of bagging Clooney are virtualy nil. Reports are out that he’s been dating another chick for SEVERAL MONTHS. Georgie’s gonna be 80 years old, single, rocking on the porch of his villa, and still be pulling a Hefner on some pretty, dumb young things.
