FBI Nabs Anne Hathaway’s Diaries

Anne Hathaway may not be rid of her skank boyfriend Raffaello Follieri yet. The actress could be drawn deeper into the fraud scandal of Follieri, because FBI agents have seized the actress’ private journals.

The agents confiscated Anne’s personal diaries during another raid on Follieri’s $37,500-a-month Trump Tower pad, according to the sources at the NY Daily News. SURELY Anne was not dumb enough to write anything that would incriminate herself, but she may have documented her fears about her Zach Braff lookalike boyfriend. Follieri has been charged with 11 counts of fraud and money laundering, including defrauding the VATICAN. Agents are also said to have seized photos of Follieri with Bill and Hillary Clinton, Pope John Paul II, and John and Cindy McCain. Also removed were documents, watches, a Tiffany clock, an antique Bible and personal photos of Follieri and Hathaway.

Anne has been charged with no crime and cut off all contact with the 30-year-old Follierishortly before his arrest. Scandals had been brewing for some time about the con-man, and the press was getting louder in calling for her to dump his ass. Follieri recently had associates return to Hathaway a $250,000 abstract painting that had hung in his home, but a friend says “she’s changed her numbers so he can’t reach her. Raffaello has been trying to call her all the time. Yeah, ‘cuz his broke ass is in the big house and Anne wants to stay as far away from THIS mess as possible!

Follieri sits in a 7½-by-8-foot Metropolitan Correctional Center cell where he’s been held since his June 24 arrest, stemming from his bid to sell Catholic Church properties. Previously, he had to settle several high-dollar lawsuits for check fraud. “Raffaello is doing very badly,” says a friend of his, who was hospitalized for an anxiety attack the day he was locked up. “He says people are abusing him. He’s a broken man.” If his friend had an anxiety attack when Rafi was locked up, Snarkista imagines the FBI may be knocking on his door soon.

According to friends, Rafaello still wonders whether Hathaway, 25, helped put him behind bars. “He was in Europe, working on a deal,” says a source. “He didn’t have to come back to New York. He knew he was being investigated. But she kept calling him, saying they needed to resolve their future. A few days after his return, he was arrested.” Anne is playing a SPY in her new movie. Anne Hathaway Comes To Her Senses!

FINALLY! Snarkista URGED Anne awhile back to kick her shady Eurotrash boyfriend to the curb. The classy actress has finally done just that, ending her four year relationship with Italian-American businessman Raffaello Follieri, 29, over the weekend.

The Get Smart star’s decision follows over a year of scandal linked to Follieri. He’s had to settle some MAJOR bounced checks, and at least 2 huge lawsuits. Last week, it was reported his “charity”, Follieri Foundation, which funded vaccination programs in developing countries, was being investigated by the New York State Attorney General’s Office.

I have a strong suspicion that the AG’s gonna find some stinky stuff going on in that foundation. As Follieri has only been in the U.S. less than 4 years, he probably thought he’d be under the radar by using his charity as another shell. Charities technically belong to the public, and, as such are under the AG’s control. You do NOT want to mess with the Attorney General’s office!

Snarkista is absolutely thrilled with this news. Lovely Anne is FAR too fine for such sludge! Here’s hoping the AG sends his ass on a slow boat back to Europe. Or Gitmo!
