Dr. Frank Ryan, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon to the stars, died Monday after his Jeep went over the side of Pacific Coast Highway around 4:30 PM. Ryan was the plastic surgeon responsible for Heidi Montag’s recent extreme makeover. Some of his other clients included Shauna Sand, Vince Neil and Gene Simmons.
