Hugh Hefner says he may just be willing to overlook that huge diamond engagement ring and fancy Bentley he gave ex-fiancé Crystal Harris if she will just give up her claim to the puppy. “We both love the puppy,” Hefner, 85, told People.com. “I told her if she wants to keep the ring and the Bentley, then maybe I can keep the puppy. I hope we will work it out.”

Right after Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris split up just days before their wedding, the Playboy founder said his ex dropped off Charlie at the Playboy mansion. “Crystal brought Charlie back because she thinks he’s happier here & I appreciate it, because I really missed him,” Hefner tweeted.

Now, however, Harris allegedly wants the puppy back and the two are still battling about who will end up with the beloved dog. Charlie was featured on the cover of Playboy with Harris back in July.

Meanwhile, Hefner has moved on in his personal life, hooking up with “two very special ladies” Anna Sophia Berglund and Shere Bechard. The Playboy guru says he “missed a bullet” by not marrying Harris and really looked forward to spending his holiday weekend with his “girls”.
