Beyonce’s new single “If I Were A Boy” is one of the very best songs she’s put out EVER. She is singing without all of the flourishes and vocal gymnastics she often uses, and instead sings the song in a straightforward way. There is NO doubt what a fantastic singer she is. The song was written by Toby Gad, who wrote “Big Girls Don’t Cry” for Fergie…another ballad that really highlights the singer’s talent. Too bad “If I Were A Boy” was released just days too late to be considered for the next Grammys in February. Snarkista predicts it will be a huge hit by then.
