Daniel Radcliffe not interested in future Harry Potter movies

When J.K Rowling appeared on Oprah last month, she hinted that there may be a few more Harry Potter books in the works.  This sent fans into a frenzy of joy, as it’s a big step forward from when Rowling was insisting that she’d never go back to the Potter scenarios ever again.

However, any future movies made from potential additions to the Harry Potter saga would probably not have the cast we all know and love, as Daniel Radcliffe has said that he’s not interested in continuing the role beyond Deathly Hallows.  Although that’s sad for fans, it’s understandable that the poor guy would want to move on to something else.  He’s been Harry Potter for about half his life.

First ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ Trailer is Here!

Warner Bros. released the first Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows photo last week, featuring our favorite Potter stars: Harry (Daniel Radcliffe), Ron (Rupert Grint) and Hermione (Emma Watson). The first half of Deathly Hallows opens in November, 2010, with the second installment premiering in 2011.

It’s definitely a long wait before Harry Potter fans will finally get to see their favorite J.K. Rowling characters on screen again. Thankfully, however, Warner Bros. has finally released a short preview of the film on video for fans to enjoy.

The new Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows video features behind the scenes footage from the film and interviews with director David Yates and producer David Heyman. The video concludes with a short preview trailer for the film. Check it out below!
