Jenelle’s attorney, Dustin R. T. Sullivan told HollywoodLife.com that a judge ordered his client and Rogers to stay away from each other—going one step further even, by ordering they have no contact at all. “The judge ordered them not to have any contact with each other whatsoever,” Sullivan said. It’s probably the wisest thing Jenelle has been told for some time! Teen Mom 2 Star Jenelle Evans Arrested for Parole Violation

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was arrested again in North Carolina on Monday. According to the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office, 19-year-old Evans was arrested for violating her probation. The troubled teen, who recently underwent a stint in rehab, also reportedly tested positive for illegal substances.

Jenelle Evans was taken into custody around 6:50PM on Monday, according to a spokeswoman for the sheriff’s office. Police did not reveal exactly what the Teen Mom 2 star did to violate her probation. However, she reportedly tested positive for marijuana and opiates after a meeting with her parole officer.

Evans was briefly jailed at the Brunswick County Detention Center but quickly posted her $10,000 bond and was released around 9PM. She is due back in court on August 24 to deal with this latest arrest.

In March, Jenelle Evans was arrested for her part in a nasty brawl caught on video. In the video, Evans can be seen in a nasty catfight with supposed friends Britany Truett and Brittany Maggard. Evans later claimed the fight was a total setup and that Maggard sold the tape to the press for thousands of dollars. Maggard told TMZ.com that Evans was in on the deal and received a cut of the money from selling the video.

In April, Evans was given 12 months of probation and community service after taking a plea on an unrelated drug paraphernalia possession charge.
