Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to seek private counseling and if she doesn’t, she could be headed back to jail. Lohan was back in court today for a progress hearing and the judge in her case was none too pleased about how the troubled starlet has been following court orders.

Lindsay Lohan has left rehab after only 23 days of treatment. The troubled starlet was originally sentenced to serve 90 days at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, but doctors at the rehab clinic believed Lohan was ready for release.

Lindsay Lohan posted $200,000 in bail money on Tuesday to avoid a trip back to jail for suspicion of violating a court order not to drink alcohol. A bench warrant was issued for Lohan after her alcohol detection bracelet went off at an MTV Movie Awards after party.
