Celebrities have a way to squirreling their way out of jail time and it’s hard to believe Lindsay Lohan will be any exception. Lohan was sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating her probation by not attending therapy sessions required by the court. Additionally she managed to get kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center. Yep, it seems like jail is the next logical move.
The judge ruled that all of Lohan’s remaining community service must be served at the L.A. County Morgue – if she doesn’t complete the rest of her probation according the judge’s stipulation, she’ll be sentenced to an additional 270 days in jail. This judge is NOT messing around! She also made it clear that her 30 days in jail will be served – imagine this – IN JAIL. Not under house arrest.
The judge also had a few cautionary words for Lindsay, suggesting she stop tweeting her experiences. Sounds like LiLo needs to keep her head down, power through the 30 days, and emerge on the other side. Can she do it?
I don’t think there’s a court in the land that can make a jail sentence stick to Lindsay Lohan. Â She was recently sentenced to 120 days for breaking her probation, but since the charge is a misdemeanor, non-violent offense, the typical way the county probation department deals with such cases is home arrest.
