In a recent interview with Newsweek, George Clooney talks about his new movie role as a presidential candidate, and why politics never would have worked out for him in real life. Â He says that he simply didn’t make the right choices in his life for politics, citing drugs and women as examples, and then he went on to say that if he were to run for office, he’d want to start off by laying all his cards out on the table and getting the messy stuff out of the way.
He said he thought a good campaign slogan might be, “I drank the bong water, now let’s talk about issues.” Â He might want to get his imaginary campaign manager to work on that one.
