Russian musician Oksana Grigorieva is lashing out against ex-boyfriend Mel Gibson, claiming the actor won’t pay child support for their daughter, Lucia. Mel Gibson also allegedly punched her in the face during a fight earlier this year, leading her to file a restraining order against him.
Mel Gibson allegedly beat up Oksana Grigorieva during a domestic dispute earlier this year, “breaking her teeth and giving her a concussion,” a source reportedly told TMZ.com. Grigorieva recently filed a restraining order against Gibson, claiming he had acted violently toward her during their relationship.
Gibson’s reps claim that while the two did get physical during the altercation, the actor did not hit Grigorieva.
Gibson and Grigorieva announced they were having a child last June, just six weeks after the Braveheart star’s wife, Robyn, filed for divorce after 28 years of marriage. The two broke up in April. After the breakup, Grigorieva claimed she and Gibson had been having an affair for three years.
Grigorieva claims Gibson refused to pay child support for their daughter, Lucia, since they split up. “He’s not paying me a penny. Nothing,” she told The Mail on Sunday. “I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money,” she said. “It is not a good situation.”
