Project Runway Spoilers: Who Went Home on Project Runway All Stars Week 9?

If you don’t know yet who went home on Project Runway All Stars in week 9, you might just be in for a surprise! A lot of fans might not have been expecting who was eliminated on Project Runway All Stars season 3 this week, that’s for sure. Of course, if we’ve learned anything from watching the show and writing Project Runway spoilers for all these years, it’s that we rarely seem to agree with the judges on anything — and neither do many of the fans!

When we made our prediction this morning about who would go home on Project Runway tonight, we were mostly going on who we thought deserved to go to the finale the least. Out of all of the final four, we have just been least impressed with Seth Aaron’s designs. Elena, Christopher, and Korto have all failed too at various times, but we just find their aesthetics far more pleasing in general than Seth Aaron’s. So we thought it would be Seth Aaron who went home on Project Runway All Stars next and would not make the finale.

Project Runway Spoilers: Who Goes Home on Project Runway Week 9?

Project Runway All Stars season 3 returns tonight after a holiday hiatus and we are down to Korto, Elena, Christopher, and Seth Aaron battling it out to make it to Fashion Week. We really hope all the designers step up their game tonight because the last episode before the turning of the year was a real disappointment. The designers could have done amazing things with the guest bloggers and working a new fashion trend for 2014. Instead, they gave us boring and bizarre and left us yawning along with the judges.

Jessica Simpson named as guest judge for Project Runway finale

Here’s one from the what-were-they-smoking files: the producers of Project Runway have named none other than Jessica Simpson as the celebrity guest judge for the season finale. The queen of the mom jeans is going to be in a position to pass judgement on the style of others, which seems a bit crazy.

However, it’s certainly no worse than having Faith Hill do the job, which is exactly what happened last year. Simpson at least has some sort of style credentials, as she has her own clothing line, but I’m not sure how much she actually has to do with designing the clothing, other than putting her name on the label. It’ll be interesting to see just what sort of things she has to say about this year’s Project Runway collections.

Project Runway’s Gonna Piss You Off

Tim Gunn has a message for Project Runway’s fans about the show’s new season: You may feel like screaming at the TV! The show’s fifth season premiers Wednesday on Bravo (9 p.m. ET). Tim tells People magazine:

It’s a real roller coaster, Fans are going to get mad — early! There are some big surprises: Favorites won’t be there anymore, and I can only imagine how the blogs are going to explode over some of the challenge winners. We say that each season has a different DNA and boy, is that true.

Tim gave a sneak-peek at each contestant:
*Blayne, 23:”The designers love him. His work is like his personality — exuberant. Blayne is hard to miss.”
*Daniel, 25: “He’s intense — not the workroom jokester … I called him ‘the sweater.’ As in perspiration.”
*Korto, 33 “Still waters run deep: She seems so quiet and reserved, almost reclusive. She’s not. Korto is going to tantalize people with her work.”
*Emily, 27: “Emily is effervescent, very likable and a positive presence in the workroom. She’s a sweetheart but she’s serious about what she does.”
*Jennifer, 27: “She’s very thoughtful, smart and she is driven by literature and classic films rather than the pop culture scene.”
