Anne Hathaway’s Ex- Boyfriend Took Naked Pics Of Her

Naked pictures of Anne Hathaway have been seized by the FBI. Damn, girl! Not only were you paying your sleezebag ex’s rent, you let him take nude pics? Right now Anne is probably plotting on how to get her hands on scummy scammer Raffaello Folleri ,and put some of her Get Smart moves on him.

The FBI confiscated the racy photos, along with other personal items, after they arrested the actress’ former boyfriend, Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri, on eleven counts of fraud and money laundering in June. Dude even scammed the Pope.

In addition to the photographs he took of naked Anne, Follieri reportedly paid a professional photographer to take a picture of the movie star in black fishnet stockings, a garter belt and bustier that totally exposed her top. Anne learned the sizzling shots were in federal custody after sending her brother, Michael, to retrieve the photographs from Follieri’s storage facility in the Bronx. The National Enquirer says:

“Michael went to the storage facility, but was told he was a day late. The day before (July 15), FBI agents has removed many documents, photos and what were believed to be Anne’s diaries from the storage room,”

Quelle horreur!! At least Anne FINALLY dumped Rafaello RIGHT before his arrest. Snarkista told Anne he was a con-artist and a douche, but geeez. Here’s hoping that this is the LAST time Anne will have to take out the Eurotrash!

FBI Nabs Anne Hathaway’s Diaries

Anne Hathaway may not be rid of her skank boyfriend Raffaello Follieri yet. The actress could be drawn deeper into the fraud scandal of Follieri, because FBI agents have seized the actress’ private journals.

The agents confiscated Anne’s personal diaries during another raid on Follieri’s $37,500-a-month Trump Tower pad, according to the sources at the NY Daily News. SURELY Anne was not dumb enough to write anything that would incriminate herself, but she may have documented her fears about her Zach Braff lookalike boyfriend. Follieri has been charged with 11 counts of fraud and money laundering, including defrauding the VATICAN. Agents are also said to have seized photos of Follieri with Bill and Hillary Clinton, Pope John Paul II, and John and Cindy McCain. Also removed were documents, watches, a Tiffany clock, an antique Bible and personal photos of Follieri and Hathaway.

Anne has been charged with no crime and cut off all contact with the 30-year-old Follierishortly before his arrest. Scandals had been brewing for some time about the con-man, and the press was getting louder in calling for her to dump his ass. Follieri recently had associates return to Hathaway a $250,000 abstract painting that had hung in his home, but a friend says “she’s changed her numbers so he can’t reach her. Raffaello has been trying to call her all the time. Yeah, ‘cuz his broke ass is in the big house and Anne wants to stay as far away from THIS mess as possible!

Follieri sits in a 7½-by-8-foot Metropolitan Correctional Center cell where he’s been held since his June 24 arrest, stemming from his bid to sell Catholic Church properties. Previously, he had to settle several high-dollar lawsuits for check fraud. “Raffaello is doing very badly,” says a friend of his, who was hospitalized for an anxiety attack the day he was locked up. “He says people are abusing him. He’s a broken man.” If his friend had an anxiety attack when Rafi was locked up, Snarkista imagines the FBI may be knocking on his door soon.

According to friends, Rafaello still wonders whether Hathaway, 25, helped put him behind bars. “He was in Europe, working on a deal,” says a source. “He didn’t have to come back to New York. He knew he was being investigated. But she kept calling him, saying they needed to resolve their future. A few days after his return, he was arrested.” Anne is playing a SPY in her new movie.
