You may not recognize her name, but if you saw Road Trip, you know Mia Amber Davis as the plus-sized actress who had some sexy time with DJ Qualls. Â Unfortunately, Mia passed away this week at the age of 36, due to some unknown complications following knee surgery.
The coroner has not released a report yet, and no cause of death has been listed. Â Mia’s husband Michael has said that he spoke to his wife on the phone after her surgery, and she sounded fine, but hours later he heard from her cousin that Mia was feeling unwell. Â She passed away within moments of a dizzy spell, and naturally Michael wants to know why.
