Investigators with the FBI have been looking into the case, and apparently they claim to know who is heading up the hacking efforts, but they have not made any arrests yet.  No word on why – perhaps they’re waiting to catch the perpetrator in the act?  In any case, there may be more nude photos of female celebs in our future if this is left to continue for much longer.

Scarlett herself has not been able to muster the strength to date yet.  Or has she?  Lots of different reasons have been given for Scarlett spending time with Sean Penn.  Not only are they friends, but Penn has been living in Haiti and Charlotte is planning on traveling there.  Rumor has it that Charlotte may simply be asking Sean for travel tips.

Friends say that this is not an attempt at reconciliation, but rather just the nicest possible way to work through a divorce.  Both Scarlett and Ryan have agreed that with their career obligations, continuing marriage simply isn’t on the cards.  The two began drifting apart last year when work forced them to spend weeks apart at a time.

After all, it would be kind of hypocritical for Sandra to get involved with a married man after the devastation of what her ex-husband did to her when they were married, but once those divorce papers are signed, that might be the green light these two need to start getting busy.  I think they’d make a cute couple, and since they’re both (almost) single… why not?

It has been reported that Scarlett was unhappy for a while, and that it didn’t help matters that both spouses were working full-time on separate projects throughout the duration of their marriage, often spending weeks apart while on location and never really having time to work on their relationship issues.  Same old Hollywood story!

Scarlett Johansson is co-starring in Woody Allen’s upcoming “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” with Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem. Snarkista thinks Woody’s worried about the film’s box office, and has forced poor Scarlett into this idiotic contest! The look on her face says it all: “You’re effin’ kidding me, you ancient freak. A-listers, movie moguls and other Hollywood movers-and-shakers are expected to turn out in droves to witness political star Barack Obama’s party coronation.

Convention sources tell NY Daily News that superstars Kanye West, N.E.R.D., Wyclef Jean and Usher are in serious talks to perform at the DNC blowout. There are always exclusive invitation-only events that are held while the Convention is in session, and this year looks like it will be no exception!

The Creative Coalition, a non-profit advocacy group that hosted parties for the Democrats in 2004, announced that the Black Eyed Peas are scheduled to perform at the DNC Gala at the Fillmore Auditorium on Aug. 27. Coalition Director Robin Bronk says:

Hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons is coming for the Yoga Health Foundation’s festival, which begins the night before the convention. He plans to stay for the duration, saying…

Norton is working on a documentary about Obama.

An obviously pissed off stylist at “Paste” magazine got a hold of Scarlett Johansson and convinced her that THIS was a good look for her. Somebody’s been reading too many old 80’s hairstyle ‘zines. “Paste” must have a clause in their employment contracts that requires the USE of paste for cover stylists. There’s enough paste up in ScarJo’s hair to supply a whole kindergarten class!
