Those rumors that Kourtney Kardashian’s baby daddy is some male model and not Scott Disick? Well, the Kardashians are saying it is time to put that nasty gossip to bed because they have proof he is! Looks like bad news for model Michael Gigenti, who is suing Kim Kardashian for paternity over her son Mason. Of course, he was probably just suing her for the publicity anyway.
Girgenti claims that he had sex with Kourtney Kardashian back in 2009 and he is the likely father of her son Mason, not longtime boyfriend Scott Disick. He says he hooked up with the Kardashian sister after they did a photo shoot together. Mason’s mama, meanwhile, has been adamant in her denial that she ever slept with this guy, much less conceived a baby with him.

The 32-year-old apparently found out five weeks ago and first told longtime boyfriend Scott Disick (duh), then wanted to wait a bit to tell people. She didn’t wait the traditional 12 weeks, but she said she feels confident at sharing the news when only nine weeks along.
