We still don’t know if Twilight: Breaking Dawn will eventually be split into two movies, like Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, but it’s likely we’ll probably learn that info before much longer. Meanwhile, Twilight fans can go ahead and mark Nov. 18, 2011 on their calendars as the official Breaking Dawn release date.

We are especially curious about how the book conversion for the final installment of the Twilight series will turn out on film for Breaking Dawn. Unlike previous Twilight movies, author Stephenie Meyer will actually be hands-on as a producer for Breaking Dawn. Plus, we’re hoping for very good things out of Oscar-winning director Bill Condon.

Speaking of Meyer, the Twilight author gifted Breaking Dawn actors with a special treat to help them immerse themselves more fully into their characters – advance copies of the new Twilight novella The Brief Second Life of Bree Tanner! For the rest of us, we’ll have to buy our copies or wait to read it free on Meyer’s website June 5th.

In the new Twilight: Eclipse photo still, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart cozy up together for a serious dramatic talk about why Edward doesn’t want Bella to become a vampire.

The new still photo comes from the scene in the movie’s first trailer where Edward tells Bella he knows “the consequences of the choice you’re making” when she asks why he is against her becoming a vampire. “After a few decades, everyone you know will be dead,” Edward says in his oh-so-sexy voice.

It won’t be very much longer now Twilight fans! But June 30th just can’t come fast enough for us!

When asked if she was on Team Edward or Team Jacob, Miley Cyrus responded in the radio interview that she’s never seen Twilight and never will. “It’s a cult. I don’t believe in it,” Cyrus opined. “I don’t like vampires, I don’t like any of that stuff.”

Cyrus even seemingly complained about the commercials for New Moon airing in endless repeat on television leading up to the premiere. “I don’t like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I’m watching TV at night, I don’t want anything to do with it.”

Well, at least Cyrus admits she is kind of a pansy for her dislike of all things Twilight. “I feel really lame because everyone’s, like, so excited,” Cyrus said. “I’m like, ‘Don’t even talk about it.’”

Awh, Miley, did you have dreams they might pick you to be Bella and were terribly pissed when you never got the call? Or do you honestly not get that at least half your fans are probably die-hard Twilight groupies and you’ve just basically called them losers?

Let’s review the evidence. First, Taylor Swift said her onscreen kiss with Taylor Lautner while filming Valentine’s Day “was life-changing.” Wow, that’s a pretty hefty statement for a movie kiss. Then the two are spotted acting pretty cozy at a Los Angeles Kings hockey game. Next, the two Taylors are seen having dinner not once, but twice during the last week – including a meal with Swift’s mom! And finally, when grilled by Ellen DeGeneres on Thursday’s show whether Lautner was a “good kisser,” Swift avoids the question with giggles and blushes.

Let’s also not forget Swift told CMT Radio’s Cody Alan, when asked if she was dating Lautner, “I don’t know, he’s an amazing guy and we’re really close… and ah… yep.”

Our verdict, the two Taylors are probably engaging in some off-screen tonsil-hockey, but we aren’t taking the relationship seriously. It’s natural in Hollywood for two young, hot celebs to hook up after flirting on film, but such dalliances rarely last for long.
