Last year when Toni Braxton filed for bankruptcy, she didn’t even know how far she was in debt, but she estimated it was somewhere between $10 million and $15 million. Â The judge in Braxton’s case agreed to grant the bankruptcy on several conditions, one of which was that she had to take an online course on managing personal finances.
Braxton has now completed the course and received her certificate, but of course that’s little consolation to her creditors. Â Maybe though, just maybe, it’ll help keep her from making the same mistakes in the future. Â Or maybe she’s just a clueless, spoiled brat who will always think that she can spend all the money she wants because she’s sort-of famous.

Â Having money and managing it well are two different things, though, and it seems that Braxton’s spending habits have caught up with her. Â She says she doesn’t even know how many companies and people she owes money to, and that’s not surprising given that she can’t even pin down a ballpark amount. Â So if you ever dreamed of crawling up out of the woodwork and trying to weasel some money out of a celebrity, now’s your chance, as Toni Braxton has no clue whether she owes you or not.
