On Monday night’s The Voice 2012 live performance episode, viewers had the pleasure of seeing some truly great moments and witnessing a few serious fails. While singers such as Juliet Simms and Jamar Rogers shined, there were a number of less successful performances on The Voice 2012 this week and it was a difficult choice to predict who would be going home this round.

WARNING: THE VOICE 2012 SPOILERS AHEAD

Please do NOT read on if you do not want to know who was voted off The Voice 2012 on Tuesday’s elimination results show!

In my The Voice 2012 predictions post earlier, I managed to correctly predict three of the eliminations on the show Tuesday night, but I was vastly wrong on one ousted contestant.

The contestants saved by America’s votes on Tuesday night were mostly predictable based on their Monday night performances and their track records on the show. Saved by votes were: Mathai, Tony Lucca, Pip, Juliet Simms, Jamar Rogers and James Massone.

Cheesa, Erin Martin, and Tony Vincent from Team Cee Lo Green were forced to sing for the judges in hopes of being saved on The Voice 2012 elimination results show Tuesday night.

On Team Adam Levine, Kim Yarbrough, Karla Davis and Katrina Parker were left hanging by the voters. This was not all that surprising, considering that all three failed to impress on Monday night and all three have a spotty history with their performances this season.

For their ‘save me’ performances, Kim Yarbrough sang first with “Spotlight,” followed by Karla Davis with “I Can’t Make You Love Me,” and Katrina Parker with “Don’t Speak” going last for Team Adam Levine.

All three ladies were brought out to listen to what The Voice 2012 judges had to say about them. The three non-voting judges, Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green, all agreed they would pick Katrina to save. Thus, it is no shock to anyone when Adam Levine chooses to give his save to Katrina. Karla and Kim will be heading home, which is basically what I thought would happen for Team Adam.

Over on Team Cee Lo Green, Tony Vincent was the first to sing for his life with “Sweet Dreams are Made of These,” followed by Cheesa with “All By Myself,” and ending with Erin Martin performing “Your Song.”

Adam Levine says that out of the three, he would choose to save Cheesa. Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera also agree they would choose to save Cheesa. Very upset by the whole thing, Cee Lo finally says he will indeed give his save to Cheesa, leaving Erin and Tony to be eliminated. I didn’t think Tony would actually go home this week, but it looks like the judges just were not willing to choose him over Cheesa when the two were put head to head.

That’s a wrap for this week on The Voice 2012!
