The Voice 2012 Live Results: Who Won The Voice 2012?

Going into The Voice 2012 live finale, our early predictions for who won The Voice 2012 was leaning heavily toward rocker Juliet Simms from Team Cee Lo Green. However, after a huge blowout between Team Adam Levine and Team Christina Aguilera involving last night’s performance of Jay-Z‘s “99 Problems” by Tony Lucca, we had to reevaluate our The Voice 2012 winner predictions.

Who will win The Voice 2012 tonight? Well, we’d still like to call it for Juliet Simms based on her performance last night and her stellar track record all season, but honestly it could be any of the final four taking home the prize tonight.

Tony Lucca might win not only because of his considerable talent, but because people who don’t like Christina Aguilera will vote for him to send a message her way. Or supporters of Christina Aguilera might come out in droves to vote for her boy Chris Mann, regardless of whether they are a fan of his operatic voice and classical style.

There is also the chance that all this feuding going on might cause the voters who don’t like Juliet Simms to abandon both Tony Lucca and Chris Mann and throw their votes behind Jermaine Paul, giving him an unexpected surprise win. You just really never know.

In other words, The Voice 2012 winner could be any of the remaining four contestants and any attempt to really predict who will be the winner is probably pointless. So how about we just dismiss with any future speculation and get right down to the most important thing — our The Voice 2012 live finale recap!

WARNING: THE VOICE 2012 SPOILERS AHEAD!

The Voice 2012 opens Tuesday night with a group performance of “I Want You Back” by The Jackson 5 from Jermaine Paul, Jamar Rodgers, Pip and James Massone. The boys are dressed up like a boy band and receive a standing ovation from the coaches.

Now we have a duet performance with Flo Rida and Juliet Simms performing “Whistle” with “Wild One” on stage — the crowd is all over it!

Up next is Chris Mann singing “Bittersweet Symphony” by The Verve with Katrina Parker and Lindsey Parker. This makes me miss Katrina!

Performing now are Hall and Oates with “Rich Girl” accompanied by Jermaine Paul, Chris Mann and Tony Lucca.

Another group takes the stage with Naia Kete, Kim Yarbrough, Chessa and Sara Hill performing “Very Superstisious” by Stevie Wonder.

Now we have the last performance from Juliet Simms for the night, singing “With a Little Help From My Friends” by the Beatles with Raelynn, Jamar Rodgers and Erin Willet.

Lady Antebellum now graces The Voice 2012 stage to perform “Wanted You More” and the crowd goes wild!

Another wonderful performance with Tony Lucca and Jordis Unga singing “Go Your Own Way” by Fleetwood Mac. Nice blend of voices on this one.

Here is our last special performance for the night and it is the most anticipated! Justin Bieber hits the stage to perform “Boyfriend” and the girls start screaming all over the place. I thought it, well, kind of wasn’t very good though… Don’t kill me Bieber fans, I think it was just an off night!

Finally! We now have our results coming in and we have the final ranking…

In 4th and last place is Chris Mann from Team Christina! Did the mass of fans that dislike Christina cause him to lose votes?

In 3rd place we have Tony Lucca from Team Adam! Looks like that Christina/Adam feud and Tony’s performance last night did not win him any favors.

And the person in second place is…

Juliet Simms!

That means The Voice 2012 winner is Jermaine Paul! Wow! Of all the predictions out there for the winner tonight, he seemed to be the one least likely to take home the top prize. Juliet Sims apparently came in second by only 4% of the vote.

What ddi you think about who won The Voice 2012? Did your favorite take home the top prize or were you dissapointed in the results? Let us know in the comments section below!

  1. Juliet Simms is not trying to portray Janis Joplin music. Juliet has a very unique gritty voice for rock and roll, and if you heard on the news Adam Levine quoted everyone expected for Juliet Simms to win and Jeramie only won her by 4%.

  2. I perdicted Jermaine would win after he received 123% of the vote last week, Juliet only received 121% of the vote. I knew that those two would be in the top 2 and that Jermaine would win.  He definitely proved himself to be a strong competitor as well as Juliet.  Frankly, the top four were all winners and I predict that their careers will blossom.  Some of the others will have record deals as well.

  3. I voted for Jermaine, but I thought Juliet would win.  So happy for both of them!!  Go Team Blake!!!!

  4. hmmmmmmm. The truth is Jessie could have won but i think He and Xtina had beef. And she kept putting Tony Luca down. She had beef with Tony too. She is jealous of Adam L. and congratulations Jermaine i think you really wanted it the most. Juliet this is not the end of it for you. and Mann if you had a better coach maybe America would like you more. Xtina screwed it up for you. No doubt you’ve got the voice, just needed a good coach.

  5. I thought it would be Juliette, but am real glad for Jermaine. He’s paid his dues. It is his turn to shine. Juliette will be a star regardless. Chris Mann will continue also, in his genre, as well a Tony. I’m proud if all of them and enjoyed the season very much. Could have gone a number of different ways. I agree, many on here will have new musical careers because of the show.

  6. I think the right team won.  Blake is surprisingly very knowledgeable when it comes to music.  I don’t know what I expected of him, but didn’t expect the way he instructs and follows through.  I personally think that Christina lost it for Chris.  She definitely is not a role model or she would have kept her snarkiness toward Tony to herself and dealt with it behind the scenes.  That is also a Prime Time Show.  Did we really need so much cleavage?

  7. After Jesse left….very sad, the man had a voice…..I knew it would come down to Jermaine, Juliet or Jamar….if Jamar had been one of the finalists, I don’t think Jermaine would have won….with the choices we had, Jermaine was the Voice and the real choice.

  8. Glad he won! Great talent with a wonderful voice range whereas the others seemed to be kind of stuck in one particular genre so to speak. I think he will go far and be able to make it big in the industry!
