You would think if you were as rich and famous as The Voice 2013 judge Adam Levine that you could afford to pay someone to clean up your messes day and night. Apparently, however, Adam Levine and fiancée Behati Prinsloo really couldn’t care less if their living space is a total mess. In fact, the Maroon 5 singer admits they are both pretty much slobs.
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo, a Victoria’s Secret supermodel, got engaged in July and have been shacking up for a while now. In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Adam said Behati is the “greatest ever” and they are totally compatible in some very odd ways. “We’re both super messy,” he said. “It’s really kind of amazing actually. It looks like a tornado hit wherever we hang out.”
They may be messy, but Adam wants to be clear that there is a “big difference between dirty and messy.” According to Adam, the difference is that being dirty is gross, being messy is not. “Dirty means unhygienic, you don’t shower, it’s gross, and you’re dirty. Messy means ‘I don’t care that that shirt’s on the floor, or that my pants are hanging over a couch. I know that my wallet’s in there and when I go to get my wallet, I know that’s where it is. When someone puts something away, and you’re like, where’s my wallet?”
If you say so Adam. You can’t really argue with the Sexiest Man Alive, right?
